Wir sind wieder abgereist!
Cons:

Ich habe die 110 m² große Suite vor mehreren Wochen gebucht. Offiziell ist der Zimmerbezug ab 14h möglich, wir sind um zirka 14.20h in Slavonice eingetroffen. Nach der Anmeldung im Hotel gab man uns den Schlüssel, allerdings wie sich herausstellte für ein 47 m² großes Zimmer. Die gebuchte Suite wurde nur wenige Minuten zuvor vergeben, wir haben die Familie noch im Anmeldebereich gesehen. Dann erklärte man uns, dass in der Suite die Heizung nicht funktionieren würde. Es war nur Chaos. Seitens Booking wurde die Buchung dann storniert, sodass uns für das Zimmer keine Kosten entstanden sind. Die Anreise war sozusagen umsonst!

Pros:

Hotel Besídka je legenda. Byl můj sen se někdy ubytovat v tomhle domě kypícím historií, architekturou novou i starou, kulturou a divadlem Sklep, prostě geniem loci. A bylo to skvělé, to místo je krásné, má ducha no a leží na skvělé adrese jednoho s nejkrásnějších měst u nás. Pokud jde o hotel, pokoje jsou umělecká díla a jsou čisté, postele pohodlné. Někdo si tady v hodnoceních stěžoval na snídaně, ale ty jsou naprosto v pořádku. S hotelovou restaurací vám nic nechybí. Nejen proto, že, jak jsem pochopil, jako jediná vlastně večer ve městě vaří, ale vaří v dobrém standardu, nabízí skvělé sezení venku a má styl. Hotel má kolárnu a nabíječky na elektromobily, což je taky super.

Cons:

Nedá se vytknout snad nic. Jedině že komunikace na dálku (telefon, e-mail) je někdy těžší, ale to k tomuhle prostředí asi patří a na místě jsou všichni moc milí a ochotní.
