Pros:

Vířivá vana na pokoji bomba, wellness bomba, vše super. Po příjezdu zjištěny nějaké chybky na pokoji, vše vyřešeno, komunikace naprosto super, nabídnuta kompenzace. Hotel určitě doporučujeme ❤️

Pros:

Das Check-In funktioniert via App. Die Schlüssel sind in der Schlüsselbox hinterlegt. Im Hotel kein Personal gesehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, sauber und bequeme Betten. Äusserst ruhig und still die Nacht (Zimmer 9, Doppelzimmer). Frühstück am Wochenende zwischen 8-10 Uhr, sehr ausgiebig.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte am Wochenende bereits eher starten. Ich konnte dieses über die App nicht buchen. Vor Ort Zahlung war möglich.

Pros:

Veškerá komunikace,probíhala pouze telefonicky nebo e-mailem.Přesto vše dopadlo k plné spokojenosti.Takže i když jsem měl trochu obavy,dopadlo to dobře.

V podstatě nemám co vytknout.

Pěkně moderně vybavené. Pro fanoušky geocachingu doporučuji. 15min pěšky na hrad.

Cons:

U názvu Hotel čekám recepci, bookoval jsem na poslední chvíli nic dalšího neřešil. Místo recepce, mě čekala skautská hra. Mříž, jak za ní? Indicie, kde je klíč, jak se dostat na parkoviště (intuitivně nenajdete). Cesta na snídani podle šipek má pár pastí - slepých cest (dveří). Vrácení klíče, odřízne cestu k autu... Prostě "hotel" plný překvapení :-)
Wifi připojení je, ovšem bez přístupu na internet - zachránil hotspot, ale signál zde taky nic moc.
Údržba slabší - sprcháč špatně odtéká, mýdlo ve sprše prázdné...
Snídaně se platí zvlášť, účty chodí mailem, ten za snídani stále postrádám :-(

Pros:

Vířivá vana na pokoji byla skvělá, jediné mínus bylo to, že teplá voda tekla pouze chvíli, dokud to manžel neřešil s vedením. Pak už v pořádku 😊

Cons:

- zima na pokoji..klimatizace na ten prostor v zimě nestačí a nešla nám vypnout ☃️🥶
- hrozně studená podlaha všude kromě části, kde je koberec. Koupelna byla taky ledová.. pro zimní období by bylo vhodné upozornit hosty alespoň na vlastní přezůvky protože to bylo nepříjemné.
- nefunkční fén v koupelně
- mikrovlnka v kuchyňce by na delší pobyt určitě byla vhodná, ale my strávili pouze noc, takže jsme ji nepotřebovali..
