The hotel itself is lovely and staff are friendly.
Breakfast was good as had a good selection.
Room was very dated but clean.
When booking hotel I was aware that there was no air conditioning and fans were supplied, but we went during a unexpected heatwave and it was unbearable, fans just kept circulating hot air within the rooms, so we had to check out early and find something else. Maybe investing in some blackout curtains would help keep the heat out the rooms.
