Important information:

The front desk is open from 8:00 until 21:00, there is no night front desk at the property.

Please note during the winter months it is not possible to park directly at the property. Transfer to the accommodations is provided for a surcharge by a snowcat.

Parking is available at Parking Tetrevi Boudy near Dolni Dvůr, from where the property provides transfer for a surcharge. The transfer takes 25 minutes and the last transfer leaves at 19:00. Close to this parking area, there is also a ski rent.

Please also note that the property is located on mountain ridges and not in a town center. There are no shops on site.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Wir waren wiederholt hier, weil es schön ist...
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und aufmerksames Personal im Restaurant, sehr gutes Frühstück und vielfältiges Abendessen, tolle Lage inmitten der Natur und guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern...

Cons:

Leider hat das Laden des Elektroautos nicht funktioniert, aber wir sind glücklicherweise wieder nach Hause gekommen...
Die Kapazitäten für Sauna und Schwimmbad waren leider erschöpft, wir haben aber Verständnis für die Begrenzung.

Velmi doporučuji k odpočinku, odreagování, jógové víkendy musí být úžasné

Pros:

Die gastronomische Versorgung war super!! Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Haben über eine Stunde am Winterparkplatz verbracht! Keine Kommunikation mit dem Hotel möglich! (Kein Netzwerk) Sind dann selbst mit dem Auto hochgefahren. Poolnutzung nicht im Preis enthalten. 6€ für 90min.! Nur fürs Schwimmen!

Ich würde wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück und das Abendbuffet war super lecke und vielfältig.
Die Zimmer unserer Suite waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr klein. Das Bad war neu und schön.
Ein schöner neuer Wellnesbereich.
Der Transfer von und zum Parkplatz und zur und von der Skipiste waren super organisiert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer müssten mal wieder erneuert werden.

Velmi ochotný personál, zejm. holky v restauraci byly skvělé. Bezvadný zánovní wellness, kde si hlídají naplněnost a tak i přes plnou obsazenost jsem neměl pocit že by nás tam bylo moc. V sauně jsme byli sami a střídali se s jedním dalším párem.

Cons:

Trochu horší zvuková izolace pokojů a posuvné harmonikove dveře od koupelny s WC snižovali lehce komfort. V saunové zóně chyběly věšáky na ručník u sprch/bazénku a museli jsme tak kolem sauny přeběhnout nazí, to by myslím šlo dodat jako podnět k jednoduche úpravě, ale asi mě to nějak nepobuřuje.
