Important information:

The front desk is open from 8:00 until 21:00, there is no night front desk at the property.

Please note during the winter months it is not possible to park directly at the property. Transfer to the accommodations is provided for a surcharge by a snowcat.

Parking is available at Parking Tetrevi Boudy near Dolni Dvůr, from where the property provides transfer for a surcharge. The transfer takes 25 minutes and the last transfer leaves at 19:00. Close to this parking area, there is also a ski rent.

Please also note that the property is located on mountain ridges and not in a town center. There are no shops on site.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Skvělý poměr cena výkon. Nádherné místo s krásnými výhledy. Skvělá snìdaně, večeře průměr. Bazén na koupání s malými dět

Krásné místo, ty výhledy se neokoukají. Skvělé snídaně.

Cons:

Večeře formou rautu za 380 kc nebyla žádný šlágr. Trochu mě i překvapilo, když nám pak naúčtovali sklenici kohoutkové vody pro malé dítě. Objednávali jsme si normální nápoje jako pivo, víno, limonádu, které jsme platili, tak si myslím, že kohoutkova voda by mohla byt k veceri snad zdarma.

Mini lednička,moc se tam toho nevejde. Voda tekla dost mizerně, zřejmě se šetří,což je k vyšší ceně ubytování docela nemilé.

We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend it to you!
Pros:

Amazing location, the hotel is already quite high in the mountain. convenient to plan hikes. For example we hiked to Snezka and back straight from the hotel. The SPA was great, quite big pool in comparison to similar hotels, we enjoyed every day, just don't forget to prebook a time slot, they have this system to avoid SPA area being overcrowded. Plenty of recreational areas. Nice restaurant, decent breakfast, very friendly staff. Fantastic view!

Cons:

Dinners are only in form of buffet, and unfortunately not the best food ever. could be more tasty, even with the same products used. No beverage included, not even water, only to buy extra.
