Important information:

The front desk is open from 8:00 until 21:00, there is no night front desk at the property.

Please note during the winter months it is not possible to park directly at the property. Transfer to the accommodations is provided for a surcharge by a snowcat.

Parking is available at Parking Tetrevi Boudy near Dolni Dvůr, from where the property provides transfer for a surcharge. The transfer takes 25 minutes and the last transfer leaves at 19:00. Close to this parking area, there is also a ski rent.

Please also note that the property is located on mountain ridges and not in a town center. There are no shops on site.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Pros:

Velmi ochotný personál, zejm. holky v restauraci byly skvělé. Bezvadný zánovní wellness, kde si hlídají naplněnost a tak i přes plnou obsazenost jsem neměl pocit že by nás tam bylo moc. V sauně jsme byli sami a střídali se s jedním dalším párem.

Cons:

Trochu horší zvuková izolace pokojů a posuvné harmonikove dveře od koupelny s WC snižovali lehce komfort. V saunové zóně chyběly věšáky na ručník u sprch/bazénku a museli jsme tak kolem sauny přeběhnout nazí, to by myslím šlo dodat jako podnět k jednoduche úpravě, ale asi mě to nějak nepobuřuje.

Pros:

Personál i zařízení hotelu a wellness bylo skvělé, nachází se zde i místnost s kulečníkem, posilovna, TV room s gaučem či krbárna. Podle fotek působí nějaké pokoje opravdu strašidelně a myslím, že by opravdu zasloužil přefotit. Wellness je nádherně moderní a prostorné, čisté a sauna je dobře vyhřátá.

Cons:

Jediná škoda jsou ceny obědů a večeří, je skvělé, že je večeře formou bufetu, ale vzhledem k tomu, že je hotel umístěn na hřebenu hor, nemáte v zimě moc jinou možnost než ho využít, cena za jednu večeři je tím pádem 350 kč bez nápojů. Na štědrý den jsme za ni platili 750 kč. Na druhou stranu je jídlo vynikající a je ho spousta, ale raději bychom uvítali možnost si zvolit jen jedno jídlo za menší cenu.

velmi elegantně zrekonstruované společné prostory- vstupní hala, lyžárna, recepce, krbovna, restaurace s velkou terasou.
Nově vybudované wellness-chladnější voda v bazénu,ale když se plavalo, tak dobré, prostorná vířivka, sauny
Vynikající snídaně i další jídlo objednávané v restauraci, velmi ochotný personál( restaurace, recepce,řidič rolby). Úžasné místo s výhledy do kraje.

Cons:

Na pokoji kovové postele , u nás s proleželou matrací.
Finská sauna velmi pálivá-zřejmě vyšší vlhkost dřeva, v parní sauně pro mne nepříjemné silné plné světlo, málo relaxačních prostor v saunách.
Pan recepční by se mohl více usmívat.
