Pros:

Krásné prostředí, čistota, skvělé snídaně, milý personál. Všude je to kousek 😃
Výhled z balkónu ♥️

Cons:

Vila u silnice, ráno bylo nutné zavřít okna. Nezdá se to, ale je tu celkem provoz. Každopádně vila je úžasná 👌🏻

Nádherná vilka, milý personál a krásná příroda všude kolem. Co víc si přát? Termální lázně na dosah ruky. Doporučuji navštívit i papírnu kde ručně vyrábí papír.

Cons:

Postele na mě trochu tužší, ale manželce to nevadilo. Byli jsme v podkroví a trochu mi tam překážel trám, ale dalo se to.

Es ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt gegenüber vom Busbahnhof,und 2 min zum Bhf. Gute Taktung der Züge. Schön zentral gelegen. Sauna, Whirlpool nicht getestet,da mir das zu teuer war(300 czk/ Std) da geh ich lieber 500 Meter weiter in die Therme und hab alles. Sonst nichts zu meckern

Leider mein liebes booking Team, hab ich schon sehr oft drauf hingewiesen,hört auf die Abbuchung immer mit Amsterdam zu machen,ich kann tschechisch dadurch konnte ich bissl was regeln,leider wurde trotzdem doppelt abgebucht und ich hab es in Bar in Kronen wieder bekommen,bitte Lest das mal und macht das einheitlich,einer der die Sprache nicht kann hatte keine Chance das zu beweisen, immer den Ort wo man ist mit zur Abbuchung,nicht amsterdam.das verwirrt und hat keine Beweiskraft,macht es einheitlich ich bin auch für vor Ort bezahlen,aber dann komplett alles einheitlich.da passiert das nicht mehr.
Hier eine Kritik an die Villa:
Wie gesagt fand ich schade Wellness Sauna nur für eine Std 300 czk hatte ich gerne genommen,aber die Therme gibt's für 620 czk und 4 Std.da bitte Nachbesserung...

Und noch mal danke an die unkomplizierte Regeneration der doppelten Abbuchung,ich fand es nur schade daß es nicht zurück gebucht werden kann.

So hab ich 2 mal die Abbuchung im Mai.

Sehr schönes Anwesen, leider lässt der Service zu Wünschen übrig

Sehr gute Lage unweit von schönen Wanderrouten und Ausflugszielen. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, sauber und ruhig.

Cons:

Leider verstand das Personal weder deutsch noch englisch. Es gab auch keinerlei Informationen zur Buchung der Wellnessangebote im Haus oder zu Ausflugs- und Restaurantempfehlungen. Das Frühstück war zwar ausreichend, aber täglich das Gleiche. Das Obst war nicht frisch, ein verschimmeltes Brötchen und ranziger Mozarella waren leider auch dabei. Die Website verspricht hier etwas ganz anderes. Sehr schade.
