Snídaně dobrá, na kávu se muselo čekat až přijde servis který zrovna dělal jinou práci.
Lokalita krásná, pokoje krásné. Trochu nešťastná je dvojpostel, která má zvlášť matrace. Takže někdy člověk skončil v díře mezi matracemi.

Cons:

Nabídka wellness byla úplně mimo. Vířivá vana byla mimo provoz. Sauna po objednání byla na čas začátku nahřátá na 38 stupňů...po domluvě že přijdeme o hodinu později měla 47 stupňů. Saunový produkt jsem pak odmítl.
Kuchyně měla být do 21 hod s tím že poslední objednávka mohla být ve 20 hod. Takto to bylo srozuměno při nástupu. Při příchodu večer do restaurace v 19:40 nám bylo sděleno že kuchyně je již zavřená.

Wäre wieder bereit dort zu übernachten
Pros:

Gleich vorne weg ich würde es nicht als Wellnesshotel und auch nicht als Hotel bezeichnen, es ist eine sehr gute Pension. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich die Pension und die Zimmer sind top sauber und gepflegt. Die Dusche hat super Druck und ist auch ausrechend groß für etwas kräftige Personen. Das Abendessen war super und beim Frühstück hat es mir auch an nichts gefehlt. Einziger Sterne Abzug für den Service war, dass das Restaurant abends um 19:00 Uhr geschlossen hat, obwohl in der Beschreibung 21:00 Uhr steht.

Very quiet and relaxing.
Pros:

Had a room with a great view to Ještěd Mountain. Very young and friendly staff. Breakfast was not huge, but ok.

Cons:

There is a Yakuzi and Sauna in the basement, but the staff woundn't tell you anything about it.

Perfektes Hotel für durchreisende.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen, direkt neben dem Skihang und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Trotzdem in ruhiger Lage. Die Einrichtung ist modern und Funktional. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut - der Kaffee schmeckt 👍🏻
Mein Motorrad fand sogar einen überdachten Stellplatz. Vielen Dank dafür!

Skvělý hotel hned u sjezdovky
Pros:

Malý hotel blízko u sjezdovky, kam se dá pohodlně dojít pěšky. U hotelu se dalo zaparkovat, personál byl moc milý a nápomocný, pokoje čisté a vypadaly i nedávno zrekonstruované (nebo aspoň vymalované). Musím ocenit snídaně, které byly vynikající. Výběr od jogurtů, přes míchaná vajíčka či volská oka, nebo i domácí pečené buchty/zákusky. Zkrátka vše co potřebujete na víkendový pobyt na horách. Určitě doporučuji!
