Pros:

Gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen (2 vom Bahnhof, nach 2 Haltestellen umsteigen in die 4, die aus der Innenstadt kommt), Haltestelle Souš. Eingang zur Rezeption kann übersehen werden (aber eh nur bis 17 Uhr offen), danach über den Hintereingang. Achtung: Die PIN für Eingangstor, Zugang im Gebäude, Hintereingang und Schlüsselbox gilt erst ab exakt 15 Uhr und bis exakt 10 Uhr (elektronisch). Davor und danach muß man ggf. das freundliche Personal in Anspruch nehmen. Im Zimmer (alle im Ober- = Dachgeschoß) alles vorhanden, dazu ein Gemeinschaftsraum im Obergeschoß und eine ausreichende Küche im Erdgeschoß. (Ein Teil der Räume muß aber mit geteilten Sanitärbereichen vorliebnehmen.)

Cons:

Lage unmittelbar an der Autobahn/Schnellstraße, das kann für Schläfer bei offenem Fenster gewöhnungsbedürftig sein.

Pros:

Čistá izba a hotel celkovo. Výhodnejšia cena oproti iným ubytovaniam, ktoré boli k dispozícii.

Cons:

Hotel je priamo nad hlavnou cestou a okná zrejme nemajú najlepšiu kvalitu z hľadiska izolácie od hluku.
Vo vedľajšej izbe sa až do cca 19.00 vykonávali nejaké murárske práce (omietanie alebo stierkovanie), čo spôsobovalo hluk a zápach.
Zima na izbe, radiátory i pri otvorení na maximum ledva vlažné.
Pozoruhodné riešenie kúpeľne - umývadlo v sprchovom kúte, takže ak si nedáte pozor a pustíte v umývadle vodu silným prúdom, zo sprchy vám tečie voda na košeľu.
Uvítal by som tiež, keď už majú automatickú recepciu s online chek-inom (podpisovanie myšou som nepochopil, pretože ten podpis sa logicky vôbec nepodobá na podpis v osobných dokladoch), keby hotel zasielal vstupný kód aspoň deň vopred, aby v deň cesty hosť nemusel riešiť, či sa mu podarí pripojiť k mailu a či mu nejaký kód príde.

Pros:

I got here by tram from the train station late one evening and was given codes to access gate. Rear door key safe etc I opted for a room with bathroom and breakfast which was extra. Situated next ti a main road but that didn't keel me awake
