Calme absolu, chants des oiseaux, lever du soleil sur le Nil, grand jardin et belle piscine. Chambre spacieuse, bien décorée avec de très belles terrasses privatives pour certaines. Petit déjeuner dans le jardin très agréable avec service sympathique.

Cons:

La zone piscine manque de zones ombragées. Le check-out est un peu pressant.

Super fun and relaxing stay on the east bank !! Loved it !
Pros:

Marina is such a wonderful host ! Helping arrange a car for the day , giving us tips and ideas ! The property is funky and unique . Breakfast view couldn’t be better! The staff are very kind and welcoming . The rooms are one of a kind !!

Cons:

The electrical is old so your phone chargers do not plug in properly - you have to finagle . The wifi is spotty , the beds ( at least in our room ) were super hard , but we still had a good nights sleep . Our room needed more bathroom lighting , you barely can see when you shower ….and it is difficult to get in that shower if you are older …. Little things that really do not diminish the fabulous place to stay though!

Pros:

A real oasis of peace and beauty. The staff were all lovely, The freely available boat service is really handy. The food was good with interesting and varied choices everyday. We hired bikes to see the sites of Luxor independently, which was an unusual choice but I would recommend!

Great place to relax after the noise of the city.
Pros:

The breakfast and serving staff were exceptional. The boat transport was great, fast and easy to access. The staff were able to book us a ride to the airport. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked great.

Cons:

Beds were a little hard!
One of our rooms had a small balcony attached to another room's balcony. That group was smoking so our group could not use their balcony.

A peaceful characterful place to stay within easy reach of the sights on both banks.
Pros:

Fab location and a beautiful building still under construction in part. Amazing craftsmanship. Loved the pool and the rooms. All very tastefully furnished. Hoopoes on the lawn and lots of other bird life. Free boat provided to cross the Nile to the hustle of the east bank. The owner organised a balloon trip for us which was a definite highlight of our stay.

Cons:

I’m afraid the mattress was very hard in our room. Slightly felt like you had to pass a test with the English host which I think we did. She’s a character. Also the hotel is unlicensed but you can bring in your own.

Great calm place to stay but with easy access to all the temples and sights around Luxor. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the east bank.
Boat runs all day and evening so easy access to restaurants etc
Easy to organise trips through a very efficient reception desk. Don’t miss the hot air balloon ride at sunrise.
Lovely pool with views across the Nile
All the staff were amazing and very hospitable.
We travelled from the hotel to El Gouna , arranged by the hotel, with our driver Adman who was great. Very good , safe driving and great local knowledge in English.

Pros:

Cet endroit est d’un rare raffinement, d’une exceptionnelle authenticité. Il conjugue le bon goût , le calme, le charme ( arrivée en barque ). La chambre que j’ai occupée disposait d’un petit salon intérieur et d’une petite terrasse extérieure. Il y régnait une atmosphère feutrée, enveloppante , avec une vue dégagée sur le Nil . On quitte cet hôtel avec regret tant on s’y sent bien , sans parler de la qualité du service . J’aurais souhaité y séjourner plus longtemps mais il était complet, je n’ai pu trouver l’équivalent surtout pas au Hilton !

Je n’ai rien à déplorer !
