Great hotel, rooms are fantastic, food great and really helpful staff
Pros:

Amazing rooms and hotel, great food and staff and owners brilliant. Lovely to meet the owner who was originally from England too. Recommend to use their advice and drivers as we wouldn’t have had such a great time without their help.

Las instalaciones son lindas, aunque un poco forzadas.

Cons:

La comida es pésima para los estándares egipcios, empezando por el desayuno que es más un mal desayuno continental europeo, que las delicias que recibimos en otros hoteles egipcios. Las reglas del hotel hacia los locales son, además de groseras, absurdas para los huéspedes. A nuestro guía no lo dejaron entrar a la recepción para avisarnos que había llegado a recogernos!!!

Would be delighted to stay there again.
Pros:

Unusual traditional design, wonderful West Bank location, Nile crossing boat provided, staff really pleasant and helpful, attractive gardens, reasonable breakfast, great swimming pool area.

Cons:

No window curtains, so bright in the morning. We didn’t enjoy our one meal in the restaurant but it was very late and about to close.

Pros:

Magical place, good room and very friendly stuff. Easy boat connection to the city center. We loved our staying here!

Een idyllisch paradijs.
Pros:

Ontbijt met prachtig zicht op de Nijl, fantastische plek (net een sprookje uit 1001 nacht), zeer joviale eigenares die alle vragen met veel gemak beantwoordde en alles regelde wat we vroegen. Prachtige ruime kamers. Een harde matras werd direct vervangen. Tof zwembad met ligstoelen. Een bootje bracht ons op elk moment naar de overkant.

Cons:

Misschien vrij veel trappen, als je moeilijk te been bent.

Wonderful oasis on the west side of the Nile , great staff and food !

Très bel hôtel atypique dans sa construction, placé rive ouest donc proche de la vallée des rois.
Personnel agréable et aux petits soins.
Piscine encore fraiche pour la saison mais très belle
La navette par bateau comprise dans le prix est vraiment un plus très pratique et de plus très agréable !

L'architecture est magnifique. Un dépaysement garanti!
Le calme, les oiseaux et la vue de notre chambre a rendu le séjour magique.
Personnel très attentionné.

A jewel in the Nile’s crown!
Pros:

Stunning architectural design, the interiors were fab too, we had 2 rooms each of which were unique. Much better staying on the West Bank giving you peace and tranquility with only a short boat ride to the East Bank which was provided free by the hotel. The staff were super attentive to the point of towels already laid out on the sun loungers waiting for you. Food was excellent and the room cost was tremendous value for money.

Pros:

Absolutely everything from beginning till the end! Most of all the tranquility and spectacular hotel created by it's owner itself. View was fantastic, they have a private boat that takes you to east bank in minutes, if you need to buy something as a tourist. Rooms were fabulous!

Cons:

Mattresses should be changed to match the quality of the whole hotel. The rest was fantastic!
