My experience with Carlton Town Cairo Hotel, especially their rooftop garden, was absolutely disappointing!
The way guests are treated is completely unacceptable. There is a serious lack of hospitality, professionalism, and respect for customers. Instead of making guests feel welcome and valued, the experience left me feeling frustrated and completely let down.
The rooftop garden should be a place where guests can relax, enjoy themselves, and receive proper hospitality. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
I felt that the level of service and treatment I received did not reflect what I expected or what I was paying for. The entire experience left me feeling misled and extremely dissatisfied.
Hospitality is about respect, honesty, and making guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, I experienced none of that here.
I would strongly advise anyone considering visiting this hotel's rooftop garden to be very careful and make sure they fully understand what they are paying for and what services they can actually expect.
Unfortunately, my experience with Carlton Town Cairo Hotel was extremely disappointing, especially when it came to flexibility and guest satisfaction.
I requested a late check-out of just four additional hours and was even willing to pay half the nightly rate for it. However, the hotel completely refused my request!
The issue is not simply about four extra hours. It is about how a hotel treats its guests and whether it is willing to make a reasonable effort to accommodate their needs, especially when the guest is prepared to pay for the additional service.
In my opinion, true hospitality is not just about providing a room and a bed. It is about making guests feel welcome, valued, and comfortable throughout their stay.
The complete lack of flexibility regarding such a simple request made this experience incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
I expected a much better level of customer service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously reconsider ever staying at this hotel again.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values flexibility, guest satisfaction, and a customer-oriented approach to hospitality.
