Great stay in historic hotel in superb location
Pros:

Great location and nice historic hotel, good value for money. Roof top is perfect. Staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended

Good stay
Pros:

Position is good, in between all major tourist spots. Breakfast food is of good quality. Staff was nice. The building is old but retains some of the old glory and beauty .

Cons:

Breakfast could have more variety but it's totally fine for a few nights. Rooms could be be improved with minor adjustments like a shower curtain and fixes to the furniture. Neighborhood is a bit chaotic, and there's is some noise during the night but that's expected in all of Egypt.

My favourite stay in Downtown Cairo! Very well kept historic hotel and exceptionally Kind and helpful staff. The rooftop terrace is a great place to hang out and read, or have a drink and food in the evening

Muy buena estadia
Pros:

Muy comoda la ubicacion para usar el metro y para caminatas por las avenidas comerciales famosas hasta plaza Tahrir y corniche del Nilo .Excelente roof top para desayunar y cenar en atmosfera muy tranquila
Excelente ayuda de Mohamed Sobby entre otros de front desk y del personal de seguridad y de desayunos

Cons:

Podria tener shampoo y jabon en baño .

Historic gem in the heart of downtown Cairo
Pros:

I loved staying here, and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Cairo! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and I loved seeing all of the original dark wood features in the building! The rooftop bar & restaurant were excellently priced. The continental breakfast with fried egg, breads, cake, and juice were well-portioned and tasty.
Definitely come and stay here!!!

Cons:

A tiny thing but I would’ve liked a hairdryer in the room!

Hotel de 1935 con buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

Es un hotel de 1935. Nos gustó alojarnos aquí. Buena relación calidad precio. Personal amable. Opción de desayuno egipcio o continental. En la carta del desayuno ponía que no diéramos propina y si se nos solicitaba que lo dijéramos en recepción.

Cons:

Algún ajuste de ventana, pero por el precio no hay ninguna pega.

Pros:

I liked the hotel a lot. Comfy rooms, very friendly personnel, good location for my requirements, good breakfast. As mentioned by other guests, the Rooftop bar is great. For breakfast, for its lovely view and great at night for the atmosphere when meeting friends, business allies, playing billiard... A big plus! loved it.
