Wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Great location on the Cleveland way.
Room was fine, although decor very tired.

Cons:

Staff disinterested on arrival.
Breakfast was inedible, cooked in a deep fat fryer, full of fat, soggy and awful. Staff refused to turn on coffee machine to make coffee. A little awkward as nowhere else to go in this location for food/drink.

Ok for a last minute cheap place to stay
Pros:

Far enough away from Guisborough to be a nice quiet stay but close enough to only be a £7 Uber ride.

Cons:

Large cobwebs hanging from the bedroom and bathroom ceilings. Breakfast was just ok.

Staff friendliness and position of hotel , free car parking

Cons:

Bedroom and bathroom not clean , musty smell in room , hair clump in a towel , stained bad base

Everything that was needed for our stay was available

Cons:

Floor boards squeaky, movement from surrounding rooms and corridor interrupted sleep. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Good food, great staff, comfy beds
Pros:

Staff friendly helpful went out if way to make feel welcome and at home, food lovely

Cons:

The building is old so squeaky floors and when people above and at side wake and move around it wakes you too, loud toilet flush too, a 4.45am wake up one day wasnt what we planned at all, furniture dated but it adds to quirkiness of the place
