Staff friendly helpful went out if way to make feel welcome and at home, food lovely

Cons:

The building is old so squeaky floors and when people above and at side wake and move around it wakes you too, loud toilet flush too, a 4.45am wake up one day wasnt what we planned at all, furniture dated but it adds to quirkiness of the place

Conveniently located for a overnight stop off to break up a journey. Staff were welcoming, polite and friendly, food was amazing.

It is located on the Cleveland Way, which I was walking.

Cons:

There is no mobile signal and the guest WiFi is very poor. A kind member of staff gave me the login code for a different WiFi which worked very well. I strongly recommend that the hotel upgrades its guest wifi.

Ideal location to travel for a wedding at rushpool hall 10 minutes drive away.
Pros:

Cooked breakfast was ok.the only staff
Member available on our morning of check out was the chef.The evening meal was amazing. Evening staff so professional and friendly.

Decor requires updating but adaquit.
