L’esterno è molto suggestivo. La colazione è molto ben fornita e il personale gentile. Bagno in camera molto grande.

Great variety of self serve continental and served breakfast. Great setting in a quiet area.

Cons:

Both pillows were hard, but the bed was comfortable. Quite a flight of stairs for luggage - a note rather than a complaint.

Gezien de prijs in geen verhouding met andere hotels.
Pros:

Was een mooi pand maar verder allemaal matig

Cons:

Ontbijt is karig. Als je een eitje wilde was dat gelijk 5 pond extra. Kamer erg klein en verouderde badkamer.

Great except breakfast was terrible

Great outside day laundry service

Cons:

Breakfast both mornings at 8 am were not stocked with breakfast foods . We had to ask things to be refilled like , preserves, fruit, yogart and breakfast sweets. Berries were not available either day for the hot oatmeal .
Ensuring the food is stocked should be done by staff not guests asking for items used up .

A beautiful hotel in a quiet neighborhood is a perfect spot to explore from.
Pros:

A beautiful mansion that has been converted into a hotel. Located in the midst of an Inverness neighborhood, it is still close to the center of town. Food was exceptional. Definitely get the morning buffet. Jordan checked us in, made sure the group got dinner and took amazing care of all 13 of us while we were there.

Cons:

Didn’t realize they didn’t have a lift, but thankfully our group had no issues getting up and down the stairs to the second floor.

Cons:

There was a medical pill on the floor, my 1-year old daughter handed it to me (and luckily didn't eat it).

The room was quite small, no room to open luggages.

The tap with hot and cold separate water streams was super annoying and so stiff that I needed to help my wife close it.

Pros:

Très bonne adresse dans un quartier résidentiel d’Inverness. Le restaurant et les prestations proposées comme le bar et le petit déjeuner sont top.

We only stayed for one night but would stay again!
Pros:

We arrived just after 8pm and there was no additional tables for dinner. That was a little disappointing. Would have been ideal to be able to stay for dinner. Breakfast was nice the next morning and easy before checking out.

Cons:

No complaints. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
