Mais le personnel était très bien !
Pros:

L architecture du logement était belle. Le lit et la chambre en elle même était confortable.

Cons:

Ce qui n allait pas c’était la douche. C’est très mal agencé, le robinet est beaucoup trop dur à tourner et c’est trop vieux. Les petits déjeuners et le dîner n’était pas très bon.

Pros:

Impressive building with friendly staff but doesn't really meet expectations. Room very cluttered. Bathroom has absolutely no space to place toiletries or hang towels. Water pressure non existent. Dinner menu quite limited and the food could definitely be better. Same for breakfast. Located about half an hour walk from the town and river. Pleasant walk on quiet streets but don't really get to enjoy the beauty of inverness

Not a complaint but as for many places - lots of stairs and no lift

Pros:

Mooi gelegen pand met o.a. zeldzaam wandtapijt. Ruime tuin. Uitstekend ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er was een bruiloft gaande tijdens ons verblijf. Dat gaf veel drukte en minder aandacht voor gewone gasten.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage in einem Park. Sehr gutes schottisches Frühstück und stilvolles Abendessen.

Cons:

Durch die Lage außerhalb des Zentrums von Inverness keine Lokale oder Geschäfte in der Nähe.

L'atmosfera da vecchia locanda, il ristorante (cibo buono, situato in una specie di giardino d'inverno molto suggestivo).
La posizione della struttura, a 20 minuti a piedi dalle Ness Island e dal centro di Inverness.

Cons:

La camera era pulita, la moquette delle scale di accesso alle camere e delle zone comuni un pò di meno.

Would certainly visit again.
Pros:

Really nice location, access to Inverness centre from bus outside hotel. Nice junior suite, bright dining room, lovely menu, very helpful staff.

Cons:

I can’t really fault the hotel, we were in annex near to the front door accessed with room card, not sure if there was a closer on the front door as every time guests came in and out it banged shut which was rather annoying.

Friendly lovely hotel with beautiful gardens
Pros:

Located about 30 minutes’ pretty walk from the town centre, alongside the River Ness, this is a quiet, peaceful hotel in an older house. Parking is plentiful on the grounds, desk check-in and out easy and help with suitcases available. Room was not large but very well appointed and comfortable. A great restaurant overlooking the garden, the food of a high standard for evening and breakfast. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

No dislikes at all; this was a very pleasant stay. Recommended.
