Pros:

Friendly. Clean. Value for money

Cons:

Did not like having hot breakfast in one room and having to go into next room to get a cup of tea. Because we had a dog and tea station was in another room

Friendly, great location, clean and very chilled. Fantastic
Pros:

The staff were absolutely brilliant and very helpful. The hotel was relaxed and friendly and a great social area downstairs and bar. Breakfast was simple but good. Great english breakfast. Rooms were airy and clean. So overall pretty useful. The location near Fistral Beach was spot on for us who were looking to surf and could walk down to the beach and just have our car parked in the hotel carpark.

A gorgeous well-situated hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely. A variety of choice and room for customising too. Filled us up for the day. Super friendly staff, lounge/bar area was comfortable and spacious. The games room with pickleball was an added bonus as was the free hire of surf equipment. And the location for the sunset was perfect as was the distance to the town and beaches. Would highly recommend and plan to go back with the rest of the family.
