Good location, great breakfast, moderate comfort
Pros:

Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Definitely worth the money. Personnel were also very helpful and accommodating. There was also a parking lot available for a small fee & very conveniently located at the back of the hotel.

Cons:

Our room was decent but a bit worn out. We stayed only for two nights, so we didn't need much, but if our stay were longer, I would not recommend this room since it was small and hot during muggy, airless summer nights. I understand that heat waves are not up to anybody from the hotel's management, but a fan would be a nice addition to the room.

Pros:

The room on the 2nd floor was big even the bathroom with beautiful view of the beach. Cleaned every day. The staff where all friendly and helpful. Very good location close to the beach.

Cons:

Depite being on the 2nd floor there was a lot of noise comming from the bar/restaurant area at night.. during one particular night it was so loud that even guests from other rooms were complaining. The windows need some cleaning.

The hotel looks great, great location and if we had another more expensive room (which wasn’t available) we may of enjoy

It’s location.

Cons:

We had a double bed room which was quite small with very little extras. Nescafé coffee pouches, cartons milk. Hand soap by the sink and no soap. Shower soap or shampoo.

I should have checked the chargeable parking fee (my fault).

July 26 was so hot we had to little to no sleep despite taking a fan as window would only open 4”

Das Personal war äusserst zu vorkommend. Das Zimmer mit schönem Badezimmer war sehr sauber und es hatte sehr bequeme Betten. Top Frühstück. Geniale Lage. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Location & view excellent

Cons:

Cleaning standards poor in particular bath.
Breakfast a bit stingy & very poor fresh fruit choice. A few over ripe bananas & apples. Also a major disconnect between kitchen & breakfast room seemingly caused by poor operating system. Bedroom & bathroom shabby in need of repairs & decorating

Great stay
Pros:

Second visit to this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Always a friendly welcome and the parking out the back is a bonus. rooms are always very clean and have everything you need in there when you come back from a day at Fistral (5 min walk) or the day in the town - lots of shopping and little cafes to have cream tea. Definitely making this a yearly thing.

Beautiful room with seaview and costal flair
Pros:

The hotel offers a lovely costal atmosphere. The sea view room was spectacular with the tower windows and the seating area in front of the windows. All the furniture was of a high standard and good quality. The room was clean and the bathroom also met our expectations. Breakfast was a real highlight, not only because of the sea view, but also because the selection of dishes was excellent. You can park directly behind the hotel in the car park. From there, it was just a few steps down to the hotel, which wasn’t a problem at all.
