What a view!
Pros:

The setting of Oceanside hotel overlooking the beach was just perfect, we stayed in a balcony Seaview room and I would highly recommend. Also the breakfast in the morning was excellent and my favourite part of our stay.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like, the only thing I would say is the pillows on the bed were a little uncomfortable for me but I am a bit fussy in this area!

It’s a very nice what I would class as a three star hotel. I’ve stayed before & will stay again.
Pros:

It’s almost on Fistral beach & they have a large free car park

Cons:

They sell out their restaurant without messaging guests first to see if for example they want Sunday dinner

Pros:

The ocean view through the sky light was amazing the facilities were great and the staff was generally nice and helpful. We stayed for a girlie weekend and felt safe and the short walk into town center was easy. Perfect location. Perfect views. The room was spacious and clean.

It was a relaxing break.
Pros:

Good location with sea view, friendly staff - good general atmosphere and the decor was fun..

Cons:

Because of parties downstairs, our sleep was disturbed. The water didn't drain well from the sink in each of our rooms. We reported this to the hotel upon leaving.

Excellent stay in excellent position.
Pros:

Location is perfect, fantastic view from terrace. Breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Only small thing was the slightly stained carpet near the terrace door.

Amazing views and great location.
Pros:

Proximity to the beach and short walk into the town centre. Amazing views of the sea and golf course. The food was incredible (we had fish of the day), and the staff were absolutely lovely.

Cons:

Our room had a radiator that was hanging off the wall slightly. The windows looked like they’d been leaking slightly and there was water damage by the bathroom door. The bed was too small for tall people (we are 6 foot) and a bigger duvet would be a good idea as it didn’t cover us at the sides.

Pros:

The location was spot on for our needs, great views of the golf course, the newly planted palm trees and of course Fistral and the sea. The staff … they were all brilliant, helpful, friendly and polite - every member of staff seemed joyful and always with a smile - which made our stay more enjoyable. The room was extremely clean and considering we were three female adults sharing a room there was plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably. The food served - both breakfast and ordered meals were all delicious, as was the Cornish cream tea that we ordered. It was a great stay , well recommended and would defo stay there again.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like but if I had to say one thing is the delicious meals being cooked in the restaurant filled the hotel which was mainly fish - I actually didn’t mind as it never lingered into the bedrooms and our trip was to eat fish so I was fine with it but some people might not appreciate the smell if the culinary delights - which I have to say was delicious

Great staff and wonderful sea view
Pros:

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and a fantastic view

Cons:

The curtains in the room were difficult to close, the pole was too big for the loops I think, so made it difficult to slide across to close. Overall the interior could do with a bit of love as its a bit tired looking ,but everything was very clean

The staff were all so lovely and kind. Everything was perfect and cozy in the lounge

Cons:

I was expecting a balcony room, I had checked a few times to make sure I booked correctly but at arrival we didnt get a balcony. Maybe make it more clear on advertisement and on the website only 3-4 rooms have balconys.

I had a wonderful stay at Oceanside Hotel. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. It’s a family-run hotel, and you can truly feel that warmth and care in every detail.
The owner, Mrs. H, and the general manager, Emma, were absolutely amazing. They were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their hands-on approach and genuine hospitality really set this place apart.
I highly recommend Oceanside Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and beautifully managed place to stay. I can’t wait to return!
