Pros:

Hotel was very homely. Staff were friendly and polite. Location and view excellent beech only minutes away from Hotel. Breakfast Excellent. Overall a very pleasant experience and nice place to stay.

For a first trip to Newquay I didn’t want to leave everything was breathtaking and I can’t wait to come back😍

Hotel needs an upgrade.
Pros:

It was near the beech.

Cons:

Couldn’t use the balcony as work was being carried out. Could have warned us beforehand.
There was an open soil pipe outside the balcony and the smell was bad. Refused to stay in the hotel and to be fair they just gave us a full refund.

I had a room which overlooked the Golf Course and had a side view of Fistral Beach. Superb!
The breakfast was excellent.
Lovely bar area where you can have a few drinks and chill out in the evenings
