Fabulous location overlooking Fistral Beach. Plenty of car park spaces at the back of the hotel. Amazing breakfast.

The location and breakfast is fantastic
Needs a little bit of love in the rooms. Especially the bathrooms very outdated.
Both the day and night reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and provided us with useful information about the local area. We were also offered a complimentary drink as an apology for the error with our booking, which was appreciated.
Unfortunately, the experience at the bar was less positive. The bar staff member had only started at 5pm and seemed unsure and unprepared, struggling to find his way around the bar and answer basic questions. When another guest asked what time the pool closed, he responded, “Just do what you want,” which was not particularly helpful or professional. I mentioned that reception had advised us the pool closed at 8pm.
Unfortunately, we booked a room with both a double and a single bed, but when we arrived, there was only one bed in the room. After a long 7 hour drive from London, we were really looking forward to a good night’s rest. Instead, we had to share the one bed as we had no other option, which was very disappointing and made for an uncomfortable stay.
Family room on the top floor -- not too many operable windows so it can get hot during the day. Included breakfast was great!

Beautiful location, nice decor and tidy throughout, staff very welcoming, friendly greeting whenever you pass them in the corridor. Sets them apart from many hotels. Lovely bar area and breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices so not just the full English (or Cornish) fry up.
More fruit choice at breakfast rather than just bananas or apples. Maybe some oranges/ kiwis etc.. and some nuts perhaps.
The location was perfect hotel lovely vibe bed was so comfy shower was powerful and hot just wish we had a view thats all but never made it bad breakfast staff very welcoming good was good will be booking to go back next year same place same hotel why change if everything was so good

Bedroom a bit dated, damp on walls, wallpaper peeling, carpet old, toilet flush broken, very noisy pipes in bathroom woke us up every morning

Very helpful staff . Excellent location and hotel had parking on site . Room was very nice good size also and bathroom was very clean and a good size . My room had a balcony with a cracking view over the golf course and sea . Room had a fridge which is a bonus for me . The bed and pillows were comfy . Food was also very nice in the restaurant .
