Comfy shame on electrics problem
Pros:

Location great, outdoor lights and lobby beautiful!

Cons:

Our main light didn't work properly. Only worked if you switched the one near bed off, was told waiting on electrician. Also lights above TV didn't work either. And couldn't get TV online.

It was let down by poor quality of bathhroom and floor issues.
Pros:

Location, breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Large car park.

Cons:

The Bathroom was the main issue for us. Enamel on bath badly damaged not a good look. The shower pressure was fairly non existent. The bedroom floor was a problem, it creaked badly as we walked about. It left me feeling sorry for any guest below.

Good location
Pros:

Staff very helpful, particularly as we were late arriving and wishing to eat.

Cons:

In the accessible room the support bar can’t be raised out of the way because of shelf above. A rethink on shelf position needed as support bar is needed in its current position.
