Pros:

A spacious room and super comfy bed. Plenty of free parking.

Cons:

The decor was in need of a bit of an update.
The cooked breakfast was overcooked which was a shame as the continental breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice.
The kids meals were a little pricey, £7 for a pasta dish was excessive!

Wonderful pub, abysmal room
Pros:

Considering the location, a lovely pub we know very well as it is only a few miles from where we live, the accommodation is abysmal.

Cons:

We were given a room where the bathroom mirror was unclean and the toilet seat had to be wiped. We were then moved into another room. Oh my goodness! Walls with spills on them, shower like a cup with holes in. This was much better when it was a premier inn! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was lovely. Will not stay again but will visit the lovely onsite pub

Birthday lunch for our whole family was extremely good. The service from the staff was exceptional and they were all very attentive and accommodating throughout our entire stay so Thank you.

A most welcome stay overnight before competing in an orienteering event on Sunday.
Pros:

I had an excellent meal on Saturday night, which was well-worth the money and the service was very good. Similarly, breakfast on Sunday morning was very good and a little more interesting than is usual.
