Fabulous bolt hole with wonderful menu in resturant.
Pros:

Superb comfy bed and room and bathroom really clean and welcoming. The overnight stay was great as bed was really comfy, large in a king size bed, bed linen of high quality too. Food in resturant and at breakfast was wonderful. Staff were very attentive professional and knowledgeable.

Cons:

I didn’t realise there were spare pillows until the morning. I used the small pillows that weren’t comfortable - my fault so can’t really give negitive scare.

Big, big parking.

Great place to stay and value for money and the staff were friendly and welcoming
Pros:

The breakfasts' were good but served on a cold plate so the food quickly cooled..i found the bread for toasting a little stale and hard and after a first attempt to make toast on my first day failed i didnt bother again... the location it excellent

Cons:

The toaster at breakfast is badly in need of replacrment...there was only 2 plug sockets in the room...one for the tv and one for the kettle...so charging my phone came at the expense of not being able to make tea/coffee whilst charging which i felt was inconvenient. This is only a minor niggle as i enjoyed my stay there

As usual, great stay with super efficient staff. breakfast excellent
Pros:

The staff were great. Jackie in the restaurant was outstanding and deserves recognition

Cons:

Bathroom was a little tatty but everything else was great. bed and bedroom super. Eating area impressive

I can not climb stairs due to a disability so was put in a room on the front of the building with traffic passing 10 feet away from the building at 70miles an hour on the busy A171 very noisy
