A very convenient spot to stay for Middlesbrough, Redcar, Saltburn ,Guisborough, or north Yorkshire.
There was nothing to dislike. The staff were always available and helpful. Food was excellent. Parking easy and plenty of space. Although the front is on a main road, the accommodation is very quiet and overlooks a pleasant garden area at the rear of the hotel.

The room was noisy as we were on the main road and also there was a couple arguing until gone 1am.
I would have prefered a quieter room than on the busy main road.
