Cons:

El personal del front desk no tiene conocimiento para hacer el cobro de la habitacion, casi pierdo mi vuelo porque el chico no sabia utilizar el punto de venta, aunado al hecho que cerro con llave la puerta de entrada para impedirme salir. Pesimo trato y cero preparacion hasta que llego la gerente que amablemente en un minuto hizo el cobro y pude retirarme. Muy mal rato

Habitación muy cómoda
Pros:

Buscaba algo tranquilo y cerca del mar. Sabía que no tenía balcones. Me encantó que me dieron el 5to piso con ventana al mar y una habitación silenciosa. Descansé profundamente. La atención de las chicas fue muy amable. Muy limpia la habitación.
