Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel, grote kamer, goed bed en goede douche. Ook het ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Bij aankomst was het hotel nogal donker en was het even zoeken naar de receptie een verdieping hoger. Even bellen en binnen enkele minuten komt er iemand.

Miejskie muzeum ,bilet 50 kc,ale nic wielkiego nie uświadczyłem, dzien lego w bajkach niemieckich i czeskich.Zenada.Stary budynek .To nie to w Poznaniu gdzie muzeum duże i fajne historyczne..A sądzę że to w Krnov ,też ma co pokazać hustorie austro- wegier cesarstwa .

Pros:

Die Lage ist top: 5 Fußminuten vom Rathausplatz entfernt, aber ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig (mit Küche 🙂) und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Fehlende 2. Steckdose am Bett.

Not enjoyable
Pros:

We were the only hotel guests . Staff spoke NO German or English. Upon arrival , receptionist wanted to see the other guest that was with me . It was my mother who was mobility challenged and she stayed in the car until I checked in. The receptionist came outside to the car with me to make sure my mother was with me . I am a 60yr old woman who was travelling with her 85yr old mother. The whole situation was very uncomfortable . Once we got in the room O locked the door !!! Didn’t feel very welcome .

Cons:

I felt very uncomfortable and didn’t appreciate the unfriendliness .
