Pros:

Příjemný personál, pokoj menší, ale útulný. Vše se nám líbilo. Blízko lanovky na Medvědín.

Fantastic location , charming challet
Pros:

We arrived earlier than checking-in hours and we were pleasantly surprised that our rooms were ready for us within few minutes. The staff was very friendly , we got welcome drinks and useful tips for trips in the local area. When we were checking out , we were offered to keep our belongings in a safe storage while hiking the last day of out stay.

Velmi bohatá snídaně, útulný pokojík a hotel celkově, výborná kuchyně, velmi milý a ochotný personál.

Cons:

V celém hotelu bylo vše slyšet a byl slyšet každý krok kvůli vrzající podlaze ale v našem případě nám to tolik nevadilo, oproti pozitivum které tento hotel obnáší je to zanedbatelný detail.

Die Unterkunft war super. Wir konnten sogar vorm eigentlichen Check-in in unser Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr nett und immer bemüht auf Deutsch und Englisch mit uns zu kommunizieren. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hat unglaublich gut gerochen. Als es in der Nacht mit den Temperaturen ziemlich runter ging, ist sogar die Heizung angesprungen. Weil es etwas hellhörig ist, haben wir lediglich das Schnarchen der Nachbarn in der Nacht gehört😇 ich konnte aber trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Es ist also ok. Beim Frühstück wurde immer dafür gesorgt, dass genügend da ist und die Tische wurden zügig abgeräumt, um Platz für die nächsten Gäste zu schaffen, wirklich toller Service. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag und nicht direkt ins Zentrum will. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel, den Aquapark genau nebenan haben wir nicht ausprobiert, denn die Zeit war zu knapp. Der Lift auf den Medvědín ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die Sommerrodelbahn und den Monkey Park konnten wir fußläufig gut erreichen. Und zuletzt ist das Restaurant lobend zu erwähnen, das Essen ist wirklich suoer👍

Karten zur Bezahlung werden nicht genommen, innen alles ziemlich abgewohnt und "angeschlagen". Zimmer sehr hellhörig, daher Zimmer 1 (neben der Treppe) keine gute Idee
