Comfortable and super relaxing
Pros:

The position is amazing. Right next to the beach!
Everything in the room is very well maintained and beautiful.
We slept very very well
Perfectly clean!

Fantastic hotel with a great breakfast and even better pools!
Pros:

The room: spacious, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, good showers
The breakfast: fantastic!! Very wide range of foods, all of it delicious
The pools: the highlight of the hotel! Super clean, good temperature, comfortable seating around the pool
The location: great! Right by the beach, many restaurants nearby, no problem finding the hotel when coming with a car

Cons:

The room: it sometimes felt that the light could have been stronger
The breakfast: the only thing we felt was missing was a soft cheese spread (like cream cheese or sour cream), besides that they had everything!
The playground: it was so nice having a play area for our toddler! Only downside was that it wasn't shaded so there wasn't much opportunity to play there during the day since the equipment also got hot!
The location: something to keep in mind, the beach right near by has lots and lots of sun beds/umbrellas for rent, and not that much space to set up your own umbrella/mat for sitting. Just something to keep in mind.

3 дні підряд давали зіпсовані дині і вечері не відрізняються одна від одної , за час перебування тут що сніданки що вечері набридли вони однакові

חיפשנו מלון שמאפשר קבלת אורחים 24 שעות ביממה כי הטיסה שלנו מישראל הגיעה להרקליון מאוחר בלילה. חיפשנו מקום לינה במרחק נסיעה סביר מהרקליון לכיוון מערב.
מדובר בקומפלקס נופש גדול למדי. אל תצפו ליחס אישי או להתחשבות מיוחדת בבקשות שלכם כי כל העובדים הם שכירים וחלקם בקושי מדברים אנגלית. בכל בקשה חריגה הם מתקשרים לבעלים או למנהלים ואין להם כלל סמכות החלטה עצמאית.
ארוחת הבוקר מאד עשירה ומספקת. החדר גדול ומטופח.

Περάσαμε καταπληκτικά! Δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά και ξανά - Το highlight είναι τα παιδιά στο εστιατόριο, στο πρωινό και στο δείπνο! Ο Μάγειρας, ο Υπεύθυνος του Εστιατορίου, και ο σερβιτόρος, και οι τρεις τους ήταν εξαιρετικοί!! Αξίζουν 11, όχι 10.
