The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient and peaceful.
The restaurant was disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel. The atmosphere felt outdated and a bit run-down, and the food quality could be much better.
We stayed in the modern part of the building, which had been renovated. So, in terms of renovation, everything is quite new and in good condition.
Poor sound insulation. We could hear our noisy neighbors quite well, which prevented us from relaxing. I think hotels should take this into account, especially in renovated areas, because comfort is the top priority for guests.

Hotel pulito, staff cordiale e molto disponibile. La posizione a Tsilivi è vicina Zante, Argasi, Laganas e Kalamaki. Fuori all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus anche se il noleggio della macchina è consigliabile. Presenti in struttura anche dei simpatici e coccolosi gatti che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno più piacevole.

Food was very good standard particularly the salads. The pool is super clean, the staff are amazing and friendly, the room was lovely for us. The stand out thing is the amazing cleanliness and care being taken of the hotel and the grounds. Toilets, and room housekeeping was second to none.
Food could have been hotter, some of the food selections were not to a great standard. Remote location 15 mins walk to livelier area.
Fair price for an all-inclusive hotel with a wide selection of food, nice pools, and a free daily shuttle to the beach. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Our room was cleaned every day and we received a new set of towels daily. The A/C was ice cold, and the staff were helpful and kind. I would definitely return in the future
no gym or place to exercise — a treadmill would have been nice at least. I was also missing traditional Greek food. During our one-week stay, we only got the chance to try gyros once (which was amazing, by the way), and there wasn’t much seafood either. It would have been nice to have music or a DJ by the pool area during the day, and bigger TVs in the rooms.
Everything was great! Very helpful staff, nice and clean facilities. The room was exactly like advertised. The food was really good, variety of salads and fruits, excellent desserts. And if you are animal lover - extra bonus - fluffy cuties that will keep you company at the pool area. We were staying in room 214 and one of the cats was chilling on our balcony 🥰

The room was not cleaned when we forget to press green button near the door. Poor entertainment in the evenings.

Struttura pulitissima, arredo nuovo, piscine pulite, angolo giochi con i bimbi, orari del ristorante conformi (anche se potrebbe essere allungata la cena di una mezz'ora), gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Target di gente tranquilla, quindi niente baccano, niente sorprese nel cuore della notte. Ideale per famiglie con eventi organizzati il weekend. Zona ideale per girare l'isola (se automuniti). C'è anche un area parcheggio su sterrato adiacente all'hotel (sempre posti disponibili).
Nulla, personalmente non ho riscontrato nessuna pecca.
