The outstanding hospitality of the team truly made our stay memorable. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to the wonderful teams at the Beach especially George and Elais Restaurant, especially Maria, Marilena, Sofia and Georgia for their exceptional service and kindness. They made us feel incredibly welcome, and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

Altijd een schitterend verzorgd en schitterend verblijf
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het eten in de Budha bar is zeer lekker. Ook het ontbijt is uitstekend!

Cons:

Veel trappen als je kamer op level 2 of 3 is.

The staff were incredible throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Konstantinos and the team at reception, and so many more made our stay wonderfully enjoyable.

Pros:

Il mare spettacolare, la gentilezza della receptionist che al check out ci ha fornito un’altra stanza gratuitamente fino alle 8 di sera. Suite 134 molto bella, spaziosa, vista mare e con un grande giardino privato.
Il servizio in spiaggia: per due giorni c’è stato un forte vento ed ogni due ore con la pompa bagnavano tutta la spiaggia per non farti volare la sabbia in faccia!

Cons:

Aumenterei l’angolo della colazione per i prodotti senza glutine, quando paghi 1500 euro a notte e sei celiaco devi poter mangiare qualsiasi cosa e prodotti freschi.

Pros:

The property is beautiful, comfortable, beautiful views.

Cons:

Very bad service which os the most important. We adored this property, but the service is very bad, so it is very hard to be there, because the hotel is very big and without a good service, you are in a problem all the time. Also, when you book on Booking.com they do not count your spend for Marriott points in Bonvoy Application.
