I really appreciated the wonderful staff and the breathtaking Caldera view.
Pros:

I stayed in the Premier Double Room with Caldera View, and overall I had both very positive and some less positive experiences.
The staff member who helped me was absolutely wonderful and provided the best service. The view from the terrace was simply breathtaking, and having breakfast on the terrace every morning was a beautiful experience. If you are staying for more than three days, however, it would be nice to have a little more variety in the breakfast, rather than having exactly the same food every day.

The hotel cannot be reached directly by taxi because there is no road access and there are quite a lot of stairs. However, when I arrived, a staff member was waiting for me at the taxi and helped me with my luggage. They also helped me with my luggage when I was leaving, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

The room itself was nice, but the ceiling was very low around the room, and I kept hitting my head until I got used to it.
The room had two windows and a door, but unfortunately the windows could not be opened to let fresh air in. I also could not open the curtains for natural light because everything inside the room was visible from outside. The only way to get fresh air was to open the door, but that was also difficult because the terrace was shared with other guests, and there were always people around looking towards the room.
It would be great if the hotel could find a solution to this issue, for example by providing better privacy while still allowing fresh air and natural light into

Pobyt udany, świetna lokalizacja. Hotel malutki ale bardzo kameralny. Pokoje duże , dobrze zagospodarowany.

Wspaniały widok na zachód oraz jacuzzi

Cons:

Zbyt chlorowana woda w jacuzzi oraz basenie , aż swędziała skóra, brak baru / możliwości zamówienia czegokolwiek. Brak wody pitnej, mogłaby być uzupełniana przynajmniej litr dziennie do kawy czy herbaty ale była powitalna.

j'ai choisi l'hôtel Thiréas, 4 étoiles qui ne vendaient que du rêve ! Erreur et honte vu les prix.

La chambre à plus de 400 € la nuit donnée comme une suite avec vue magnifique était d'une superficie intéressante mais en sortant sur le balcon , à 1 mètre il y avait la terrasse d'un autre établissement couverte de transats, juste en face une autre terrasse celle du roof top d'un restaurant accueillant des soirées et sur le côté latéral l'intérieur d'un autre hôtel et des emplacements pour ses clients sur les hauteurs. Au final, hormis ces vues... celle sur la baie était vraiment de très basse qualité et surtout le prix juste exorbitant pour la qualité de cette chambre. De plus, les petits-déjeuners étaient à partir de produits de base et sans aucun intérêt pour ce qui se veut un 4 étoiles. J'avais réservé pour 4 nuits, je suis partie au bout de la 3ème et malgré un email à la direction pour dire ce que je pensais j'attends encore une réponse ! En résumé, vous savez où ne pas aller à Fira, les photos montrent l'environnement.
