view was very nice
breakfast provided was great for a cold breakfast - nice selection
staff was very helpful and answered all our questions
good location to many restaurants

Cons:

did not realize that the hotel was so far down the cliff side and required many steps to reach
if you are over 6feet tall our room would have been a problem as hitting your head would be very easy to do - the walls curve down like a cave
it was rainy and cold part of our visit and had to bring outside chairs into the room to sit to eat breakfast, little sleeper sofa was too low and we used that for our luggage.

Pros:

Location is great, excellent view of the caldera and sunset. Only a few steps from the main square, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast was great buy they could use a bit of variation esp if the guest is staying for more than 3 days.

Stunning view and stunning facilities. Great staff.
Pros:

The hotel was perfect. The staff was great. Vanessa the office manager is absolutely great. She will do anything for you. Highly recommend this property. There is nothing bad to say about this place.

The location and view were the best. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking sunrise in the Aegean ocean was fantastic experience.

Overall enjoyed.
Pros:

Location is central. Need to walk some stairs but consider still alright. Breakfast is good. We stayed two bedrooms each with toilet so it's helpful. Room is clean & reasonably spacious. Love the curve design.

The shared balcony is outside of our room, staircase leads up. 2 tables n 4 chairs. There is another open area to sit near recep. Quite relaxing area also.

Hotel staff are helpful.

Cons:

Main door is huge class office looking door. Which feels not very relaxing. But not big issue.
No windows, so can be a bit stuffy. One big bottle water provided only on first day.

We went in Dec. Winter. So we understand not many shops are open but when ask reception they also can't give much details to whether there is ferry or cable car. Overall I feel the info given to tourists or online as a whole in Santorini is very limited. (Not just attaining to hotel)

I liked actually everything about this property the nice views, the friendly and helpful staff, the excellent cleaning, and just the overall great atmosphere.
