The location was great with direct access to the beach (be mindful it is a nudist beach). The lady (Marianthi) at the reception, kitchen and cleaning duty was amazing and very friendly.
We paid 1200€ for 3 nights and what we got was not value for money. There are serious deficiencies when it comes to amenities and services provided.
1. Regarding the dining experience in the property- when i asked for breakfast to have eggs they said that they did not have the facilities in the kitchen to cook eggs… Also, due to the lack of staff they do not have variety in what they can offer you to eat for breakfast but also lunch. The 2 people that run the whole hotel are there from 9am-5pm..after that you will find no one anywhere. And also that speak to the misleading description they have on booking on having a bar (only until 5pm from what we experienced)
2. The major issue we experiences was also a matter of safety after all. At the hotel, there is NO reception (for calls or internet) and also the WIFI WAS NOT WORKING. You can understand that except for the fact that we could not communicate with anyone for our day to day communication, we got sick during our stay and there was no way to contact any help in the middle of the night when we needed something. That is at LEAST unacceptable for a hotel that asks for that much money. We were informed that the problem started 2-3 days before our arrival (if not it being a constant issue) and when we left it was not solved.

Amazing atmosphère and location on the shore of the liste beautiful and secluded beach of the island. Maria has been an amazing host, breakfast is amazing, so is the spirit vivent to the place by the simple, yet hardly thought after décoration

Α very nice place at the beach. there the good news stop. they obviously don't know how to run a hotel. far away one that charges 300 a night. i don't really know where to start. room layout. nice design but functional? no way. no outlet to charge the phone near the bed. no shades for the windows. clearly poorly cleaned. i specifically asked for a sticky floor to be moped but no. in the name of eco friendliness they spare everything. cleaning linen change. totally uncomfortable beds with a bump in the Center. outside no light in the night. one goes down the steep staircase with his phone as a flashlight. to get to the premise one has to go off the car open a gate let the car through and close again
continuing here. cant they have an electric gate? or is that eco unfriendly? staff totally pretentious. to go to the room the staircase is really steep. i cant possible carry my suitcase. but only 2 women run the place. although they were more than willing to hep would you let a woman go up the steep staircase with your suitcases? no shadow at the beach, common area very nice but very dirty. under the trees and possible the concept is to eco friendly not touch nature. so consider dirt your eco friendly conscience. in short. this place is the catastrophe. too bad because the setting is nice. i am reviewing here for years. never wrote something so negative
The small size and lovely staff.
It would have been helpful if the hotel stated on their website that the beach fronting the property is a nude beach. This property was for 16+. However, we saw a guest that was definitely under 16+. Housekeeping can be vastly improved. There was hair stuck in the shower drainage that I had to remove.
Peaceful, close to nature and in general a great sanctuary for enjoying time off. Also great that there is not much mobile phone reception (except for WiFi at places)
Pillows and mattress should be better. Had hard time sleeping in the first couple of days
The place has the perfect balance to make you feel relaxed in rustic luxury

The room was amazing. Very cozy and clean. The hotel team was very friendly, polite and helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel and will definately try to return!
