Pros:

Everything! Staff was polite and responsive to every request. Variety of food was just enough, and everything we tried was delicious. Room are spacious and clean. There are enough sunbeds all over the place. Basically our experience was wonderful!

Very underwhelming sadly…
Pros:

The grounds are beautiful but one of the pools should really be adults only, kids everywhere!

Staff were also very excellent and worked very hard.

Cons:

Bedrooms are 3 star at best. Our sea view was really a partial sea view. The private balcony was overlooked.

We hate a buffet but sadly that was it apart from the other restaurant which is harder than Noma to get into.

Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα, ήρεμα και + κιλά γιατί το φαγητό ήταν καλό 👍🏼
Pros:

Το φαγητό ήταν πολύ ωραίο. Μόνο τα γλυκά δεν μου άρεσαν ήταν λίγο βιομηχανοποιημένα με πολύ ζάχαρη. Δεν ιδέ όμως φρέσκα φρούτα κάθε μέρα οπότε δεν χρειάζεσαι τα γλυκά!
Ολο το ξενοδοχείο θυμίζει κάτι ανατολίτικο κ έχει πολύ θετική αύρα. Το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ καλό υγενικο κ πρόθυμοι. Να φάτε κ στο φάρο το βραδάκι ήταν μαγικά

Very good choice for families
Pros:

First of all, super kind and helpful staff!Congrats for this!Excellent food with many choices and good quality. Very good facilities with nice pools and water slides.

Cons:

There is always room for improvement: Rooms while they were clean they need a small renovation to meet the paid price. To this direction, maybe a smart tv, a small bag with caring products and a larger drying loft (it was too small for 5 persons) could improve the balance of "value for money". Air-condition was ok in general but weak on the hours sun fall directly to the room(even we closed the curtains).There could be a slight improvement/more interesting activities for the kids.

We drove 14 hours and it was all worth it ! the resort, the beach, the people. everything was good !
Pros:

Let's start for what we came here : the beach is perfect for kids !!!! shallow water, sandy, clear beautiful water ! almost no waves .
The room size is good, with 3 persons inside there's still plenty of space. The balcony is large but i believe it could use a better/larger table. The room was cleaned every day and towels replaced.
Everything in the resort is great with plenty of space for all activities . You'll find a good swimming pool for each member of the family :)
The food was delicious ! a big plus is the all inclusive package, which includes good drinks from known brand makers. The rose wine is a must try !
We will come again !

Cons:

I don't know if it's only my room, but the shower was poorly made. The water from the shower was actually running away from the drain. I had to stop the shower every 30 seconds to manually push the water down the drain or otherwise it will overflow and get into the rest of the bathroom (which happened in the 1st day). There are days when there is a powerful smell from the drain. Our friends in another building didn't experience this, so it might be just our luck.
