Cea mai frumoasa cazare la care am stat pana acum!

Micul dejun diversificat si foarte gustos absolut totul!!!

Absolutely incredible!
Pros:

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The accomodation was located in a prime position on the hill with the most beautiful sunsets. Pool was great. The walk into town only takes 5 minutes and short incline coming back up. The breakfast included was incredible! Would definitely stay here again.

Bellissimo e rilassante
Pros:

colazione spettacolare, abbondante, di tipo continentale. Fino alle 10 del mattino con produzione interna di tutte le pietanze, dolci e omelette. Soddisfaceva qualsiasi palato. L'ingresso alle camera avveniva con pass magnetico ed era fattibile quindi a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. L'accesso al centro perfettamente fattibile a piedi in 5/10' e con vista diretta verso il mare per quasi tutte le stanze, lo configura come un punto ideale per le vacanze a Mykonos

La sfrontatezza della proprietaria che di fronte a un nostro piccolo problema,la richiesta di rimborso di 180 euro di una notte non usufruita per sciopero del vettore aereo, ci dice che ha di meglio da fare, di goderci la vacanza e chiedere il giorno dopo alla reception che naturalmente non ha l autorizzazione a fare dei rimborsi...Grazie e complimenti per la professionalita'

Pagato in anticipo due notti e a causa di uno sciopero di aereo siamo stati costretti a rinunciare ad una notte, appena possibile abbiamo mandato una mail per avvisare e lasciare che l'hotel potesse rivendere la nostra stanza ed era esattamente 10 giorni prima dell'evento.Abbiamo scritto anche a Booking che se ne è strafregato del nostro problema e abbiamo mandato altre due mail all hotel Madalena per chiedere il rimborso, ma neanche ci hanno risposto.Arrivati in albergo abbiamo trovato la proprietaria alla recepction che ci ha proprio detto che aveva altro da fare e di riprovare il giorno dopo con i colleghi, i quali molto gentilmente hanno fatto una ricerca e ci hanno spiegato che le mail non erano mai state prese in considerazione...e di sperare che, se fossimo venuti una prossima volta ci avrebbero trattato bene...il costo in questione erano 180 euro.Mi chiedo se per 180 euro un Hotel importante deve trattare da coglioni in suoi clienti e Booking non ci aiuta in nessun modo anzi ci risponde con un ulteriore presa per i fondelli.Complimenti a tutti ce ne ricorderemo!!!!!!

Comfortable hotel with great views
Pros:

Good location and very friendly staff. Spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast choices!

Cons:

The pool area needs a refresh as two of the sunbeds were broken. It would also be good if the hotel bar was open throughout the day to get a coffee as it’s a downside having to walk to a coffee shop when you’re relaxing by the pool

The perfect experience
Pros:

This hotel was an amazing surprise. From the location, to the breakfast, the cleanness of the room and common areas, all were impeccable. And to add to it all, the nicest staff I encounter and the many many hotels I’ve done. A sure recommendation, coming back next year and telling all friends.
