Stupenda
Pros:

La struttura è molto confortevole e ben attrezzata, non manca davvero nulla. La posizione è ottima: consente di raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi destinazione. Il personale della reception è estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con grande professionalità.

Struttura ben gestita, super consigliata!
Pros:

Hotel situato in posizione ottimale, al centro di tutto, abbiamo girato tutta Santorini con facilità e in tempi brevissimi. Staff super disponibile e gentile, camere sempre pulite. Colazione completa e di qualità… super consigliato !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Esperienza impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista!
Pros:

Il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato semplicemente perfetto. La posizione è eccezionale: a metà strada tra Red Beach e Oia, entrambe raggiungibili in circa 15 minuti, e con supermercati e un Carrefour nelle vicinanze — comodissimo per chi non vuole mangiare sempre fuori.
La pulizia era impeccabile, il comfort della camera eccellente, ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stato il personale: gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Per motivi personali ho dovuto lasciare l’hotel un giorno prima, molto presto la mattina, e loro si sono premurati di farmi trovare un taxi pronto fuori dalla struttura (già pagato da loro) e una colazione al sacco già preparata da portar via. Un’attenzione che ho davvero apprezzato.
Appena arrivati, non avevamo ancora affittato alcun mezzo, ma lo staff si è subito attivato per farci trovare uno scooter direttamente in struttura. Al momento della partenza, lo abbiamo semplicemente lasciato lì, senza alcuna complicazione o necessità di spostamenti.
Un’esperienza da vivere e da rivivere. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia godersi un soggiorno senza pensieri, in una posizione strategica e con un servizio davvero eccellente.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was extremely nice and showed really good service!

Cons:

The location of the hotel is in the middle of the island. If you stay here, I recommend renting a car/scooter.

Für eine Nacht, voellig okay. Sehr nettes Personal.
Pros:

Aufgrund einer dürftigen Fährenverbindung, habe ich eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht.
Die Angestellten, waren alle sehr nett und haben sich wirklich die Zeit genommen, alles genau zu erklären und um mir den besten Weg in die Innenstadt zu zeigen.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, was besonders nachts etwas ungewohnt und laut war.
Es ist eher ein Hotel für sehr junge Leute und Pärchen, die ihren ersten gemeinsamen Urlaub miteinander verbringen.
Der Raumduft, der im ganzen Hotel verteilt ist, ist ziemlich penetrant und unangenehm.
