Sivota Deamaris Luxury Boutique Hotel - Adults Only 16 plus

Séjour fantastique dans ce petit hôtel avec vue imprenable sur la baie. La chambre est spacieuse, propreté irréprochable et il n’y a pas de bruit.
Nous cherchions un endroit calme, pas trop loin à pied de Sivota, le Deamaris hôtel à totalement répondu à nos attentes.

Excellent small hotel with great views from rooms and breakfast restaurant.
The only downside is there is no evening meal option or any other restaurant in the immediate vicinity, hence a walk into town is necessary. This is a 10 minute walk downhill. This can be a little tiring on the return.
The owners and staff are all very pleasant and helpful and will collect items from the supermarkets if needed and the beach bar is open until 7.00pm for sandwiches.

Quiet and private. Beautiful views of the sea with sailboats. A private swimming cove that had tastefully appointed lounge chairs, each with its own distinct shading that was very private and cozy. The breakfast was served at tables with sea views that was just so relaxing. Small, elegant hotel near the main port for nightlife. Staff was excellent and friendly. All in all, as good as a small, boutique hotel can be. Would definitely go back

Cannot think of anything negative about the hotel. Staff are wonderful. Room looking over bay was excellent.
Lady came who we think was the manager to speak with all guests at breakfast, very charming. Breakfast very good. Shame there isn’t a restaurant as forced to go into Sivota or eat at the snack bar which had limited menu.
We spent two nights here before flying home.
Glad we had a car as the walk down into Sivota is steep and steeper coming back!!!!
No lift at hotel and quite a few steps worth noting if elderly or infirm.

Not liked so much: precarious steps down to the local beach, the steep walk into/from Syvota port, holiday would have been better with a car, no evening bar beyond 7:00pm at the hotel

Erg luxe kamers tot in detail ingericht.
Minpunt: erg steile weg naar de haven, ontbijt start pas om 08:30 uur, dat vonden wij erg laat.
Pluspunt: prachtig uitzicht, modern strakke uitstraling met oog voor detail in het hele gebouw.
Privé strandje met bar. Erg fijne douche met heerlijke verzorgingsproducten!

This is a wonderful hotel with a fantastic staff, in a great location. The hotel is beautiful and modern, very clean and quiet.

The location is stunning, sitting at the top of a bay that would not look out of place on a caribbean island. Walking distance to the lovely relaxed Sivota where there are enough restaurants and bars for us.

Our room was amazingly clean, spacious and well set out and each room has stunning views over the bay. The beds are very comfortable and the daily cleaning went above and beyond. A special mention for the quietest air conditioning I have ever had in a hotel room!

The pool is very quiet with more views over the bay. There are only a small number of beds but we were normally the only ones there. Most people head down to the lovely private 'beach' area where you can access the sea. This also has a bar area which is run each day and provides a great service for drinks and light lunch. The breakfasts also provided everything we needed with a small selection of hot dishes cooked to order and various pastries, cereal and fruit.

If you have mobility problems you should be aware there are a lot of hills and steps both at the hotel and on the way to the town.

A special mention to all of the staff who were all lovely, friendly and helpful. They got the balance between friendly and giving you space just right.

A small, luxury boutique hotel. Lovely rooms with amazing views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet location tucked away on the hillside, within a ten minute walk of Sivota. Breakfast included. Small private beach area with snack bar. Parking included.

Walking distance to Bella Vraka beach and Sivota village. A small hotel but the facilities are good and staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent accommodation - everything had been thought of and we enjoyed our stay. Great room, breakfast and short walk to Sivota although a steep hill on the way back.

Breathtaking views across the bay with yachts moored up. The rooms are spacious, the bed is so comfortable and the added touch of a small fridge/sink area. The breakfast was plentiful and the orange juice was freshly squeezed, not from a carton!! The staff were so friendly and made sure nothing was too much trouble. Can’t recommend it enough.
