prinzipiell alles ok!👌🏼 Man sollte als Gast Lösungskompetenz mitbringen. 😁
Pros:

Positiv:
✅ Lage, Sandstrand, Liegen und Strandbar
✅ sieht alles modern aus, wurde wahrscheinlich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert, alles ganz hübsch, besonders auch der Aussenbereich (für ein 3 Sterne Hotel Mega!)
✅ großer Balkon
✅ haben 3 Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen, obwohl wir das nur für 1 Zimmer gebucht hatten
✅ Restaurant im Hotel ist zwar teuer, aber lecker
✅ Mitarbeiter sind meistens freundlich und versuchen, Wünsche zu erfüllen
✅ es gab in unserem Gebäude einen Fahrstuhl
✅ Preis

Negativ (aber subjektiv):
❌ uns wurde bei Anreise ein komplett verrauchtes Zimmer übergeben (man hat zwar Fenster und Türen vor unserer Anreise offen gelassen und geputzt, dennoch hat es gerochen, wie in einer Kneipe. Daher wollten wir wechseln und haben erst auf eigenen Vorschlag ein anderes Zimmer für eine Nacht bekommen. So konnte nochmal geputzt und länger gelüftet werden. Da es am nächsten Tag immer noch roch, baten wir um Reinigung der Vorhänge. Das hat man auch gemacht. Wenn Gäste so rücksichtslos sind und im Zimmer rauchen, kann natürlich das Hotel nichts dafür. Aber das Hotel muss nun mal Lösungen finden. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass das Hotel von selbst darauf kommt, dass Gäste so nicht schlafen wollen und Lösungen vorschlägt. Statt nur zu sagen „ich kann da leider nichts machen.“ Doch so hatten wir direkt bei der Anreise Hickhack und mussten hin und herrennen, umziehen, Anweisungen geben. Denn natürlich ließ sich was machen. Man hat auch nicht nochmal nachgefragt, ob’s nun ok ist oder einen Drink aufs Haus für die Unannehmlichkeiten oder so.)
❌ wir haben hier einen 75. Geburtstag gefeiert und es auch an der Rezeption angekündigt. Wir hatten eigene Deko für das Frühstück dabei. Bisher wurde uns bei Geburtstagen in jedem Hotel eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses gegeben. Auch in 3 Sterne Hotels. Außer hier. Hier wurden wir nur zum Frühstück angenölt , dass wir die Tabletts nicht zum Tischdecken benutzen dürfen. Da meine Großeltern schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel waren, waren wir alle etwas enttäuscht.
❌ die Mitarbeiter grüßen selten, der Service läuft eher so auf Sparflamme, es wird nur das Nötigste gemacht, so auch bei der täglichen Zimmerreinigung (unsere Gläser im Zimmer wurden nicht 1 x gesäubert), alles sehr basic
❌ die Dusche hat einen sehr unpraktischen Schnitt und überflutet das gesamte Bad 😅


✅❌ Das Frühstück war ok. Kaffee war schlecht. Manchmal gab es Rührei. Die Auswahl war basic bzw. ausreichend. Die Salate waren lecker.
