Underwhelming and disappointing for the most part.
Pros:

The bar and restaurant area was nice and the breakfast in the morning was good value for money.

The food was also really good at the hotel restaurant.

The pool and sunbeds were also really good.

Cons:

The room we got was not like what the pictures showed. There’s a selection of rooms that are advertised on the site, but every room looks different and there is no way of booking a particular one or knowing which one is which. It is also quite a walk away from the main strip in the town. The room had not been completely cleaned upon our arrival, there were leftover baby clothes from the last guests and the dishes were dirty in our kitchenette.

The staff were nice enough, Penelope was nice enough. However, there were instances of unprofessionalism where the staff would talk about problems with getting paid and issues they had with shift patterns in front of us while we were eating which was highly unprofessional.

Should also note that this is a Boutique Hotel which was not advertised.

Pros:

Piscine superbe et transats très confortables
Hôtel très calme
Emplacement parfait (proximité de la plage, quartier calme, restaurants proches, arrêt de bus et supermarché proches)
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon bien qu’un peu plus cher que les restaurants aux alentours mais c’est pratique.

Cons:

La chambre manque de propreté à certains endroits (taches sur les draps, espace cuisine sale).
Le ménage fait dans la chambre tous les jours est très bref, la chambre n’est pas plus propre après le passage de la femme de ménage…
Connexion wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien dans la chambre

10/10 would come back in a heartbeat. We absolutely adored this place, nothing bad to say!
Pros:

Overall the staff and hotel facilities were exceptional and made us feel very welcome. Everyone was so friendly and helped us with advice and recommendations. The room was spotless, food and breakfast was excellent. Amazing value for money would highly recommend to anyone!

Cons:

Only slight downside was the shower temperature regulation but nothing that was too serious.

Das Zimmer und der Balkon haben eine sehr angenehme Größe, der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz.

Das Frühstück ist noch etwas ausbaufähig mit Brötchen und Belägen.

Pros:

The owner was very nice, we talked to her on multiple nights. All the staff were friendly. There were good choices for breakfast and plenty of room every day to stay on the sunloungers by the pool. We had a very positive stay and would definitely book again :).

Vicino alla città di Rodi e a diversi negozi e ristoranti

Cons:

La reception é stata chiusa per tutto il periodo del nostro soggiorno, quindi non abbiamo avuto l'occasione di incontrare qualcuno dello staff nel caso ci fosse servito qualcosa (così non é stato)

Pros:

Struttura pulita, accogliente, spaziosa, in una posizione abbastanza centrale. La stanza era fornita di 2 bottigliette d’acqua, sapone e mini size di shampoo e bagno doccia, punto a favore per chi arriva senza avere avuto modo di passare prima in un mini market. Bellissima la piscina, peccato non aver avuto il tempo di utilizzarla.

Le stanze di questo albergo sono molto confortevoli, comode, il wi-fi funziona benissimo.Il letto molto comodo . La colazione è stupenda, dolce/ salato. I pancakes il top!!!La propietaria è stata gentilissima e anche lo staff é meraviglioso!!!Avere poi la piscina ...non si può chiedere di più
