Hotel is perfectly situated between Rodos Town Centre and the airport. Easy access to public transport, which was excellent value for money.
The hotel was extremely clean and staff were very helpful.
Vegetarian option - Breakfast was good, however, I think the cheese should not be served on the same platter as the red meats/pork (actually touching).
The property was perfect, however, some guests were arguing, singing and running around after 1am, on quite a few occasions, not taking into consideration that there were families with young children.
We needed a hotel near the airport for one night in transit. We wanted an in-house restaurant in case we were delayed and got in late and this hotel had all that we needed.
The trip from the airport took a little longer than we anticipated because it is not a very direct route. The location was convenient but perhaps not ideally located for a longer stay.
Location was ok. Staff were great. They were very helpful and sympathetic. They really tried to make your stays as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was simple but ok.
The room could be cleaner. Due to a technical problem we didn’t have hot water for the shower. While we were trying to put our daughter to sleep they tried to fix the water issue by turning on/off the electricity of the rooms. This resulted in countless beeps of the air conditioner. It was early April and the room was quite cold and the room has an air conditioner (not a heat pump) so we asked for extra duvets but one of them was smelling like if it was not properly dry.
The bar and restaurant area was nice and the breakfast in the morning was good value for money.
The food was also really good at the hotel restaurant.
The pool and sunbeds were also really good.
The room we got was not like what the pictures showed. There’s a selection of rooms that are advertised on the site, but every room looks different and there is no way of booking a particular one or knowing which one is which. It is also quite a walk away from the main strip in the town. The room had not been completely cleaned upon our arrival, there were leftover baby clothes from the last guests and the dishes were dirty in our kitchenette.
The staff were nice enough, Penelope was nice enough. However, there were instances of unprofessionalism where the staff would talk about problems with getting paid and issues they had with shift patterns in front of us while we were eating which was highly unprofessional.
Should also note that this is a Boutique Hotel which was not advertised.

Das Frühstück ist noch etwas ausbaufähig mit Brötchen und Belägen.
Super fijn verblijf gehad en heel lief geholpen door al het personeel. Penelope is een super hard werkende vrouw en staat altijd voor iedereen klaar!!

Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon bien qu’un peu plus cher que les restaurants aux alentours mais c’est pratique.
La chambre manque de propreté à certains endroits (taches sur les draps, espace cuisine sale).
Le ménage fait dans la chambre tous les jours est très bref, la chambre n’est pas plus propre après le passage de la femme de ménage…
Connexion wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien dans la chambre

Overall the staff and hotel facilities were exceptional and made us feel very welcome. Everyone was so friendly and helped us with advice and recommendations. The room was spotless, food and breakfast was excellent. Amazing value for money would highly recommend to anyone!
Only slight downside was the shower temperature regulation but nothing that was too serious.
The owner was very nice, we talked to her on multiple nights. All the staff were friendly. There were good choices for breakfast and plenty of room every day to stay on the sunloungers by the pool. We had a very positive stay and would definitely book again :).
