Everything. The way I was treated was disgusting and they ruined my holiday.

I have never wanted to write a bad review but this is honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in for a long time .The pictures and reviews do not match the hotel at all . The pool area was absolutely disgusting, we did not see anyone clean around the pool or the pool itself for the duration of our stay . Pool furniture was dirty , Sun umbrellas and cabanas broken . Breakfast was ok but the same every day . Our patio door in the room did not lock , lighting in the rooms very poor . I’m sure at one point this hotel was well maintained but not any more .

For a 'Superior' room I was a little disappointed as there were several places where the walls/doors were damaged. The air-con was very inefficient (we had to set it to 16º to get any effect!). Also, although they list a room safe in the description, we were charged €20 for a key so we could use it - and we only stayed 3 nights.

Jedynym małym minusem były śniadania – mogłyby być nieco bardziej urozmaicone.

Єдине, що хотілося б, щоб сніданки не повторювались щодня, а хоча б через день, щось змінювалось. Наприклад, риби не вистачало або інші фрукти, ніж були минулого дня.

Appena arrivati in hotel, abbiamo dato una rapida occhiata alla stanza e abbiamo notato che il pavimento, in alcuni punti, non era stato pulito benissimo. Inizialmente non ci abbiamo dato troppo peso, perché non volevamo essere subito polemici e abbiamo pensato di lasciar correre.
La situazione, però, è cambiata non appena la mia ragazza è entrata in bagno: si è resa conto dell’incredibile quantità di capelli presenti ovunque, nella doccia, nel lavandino e persino sul pavimento. A quel punto siamo dovuti scendere immediatamente alla reception per segnalare il problema.
Il ragazzo della reception è salito subito in camera per controllare personalmente. La mia ragazza ha dovuto addirittura accendere la torcia del telefono, perché in tutta la stanza l’illuminazione era estremamente soffusa. A quel punto abbiamo anche pensato che forse fosse un modo per non rendere troppo evidente lo sporco.
È salita anche la donna delle pulizie, che, invece di riconoscere il problema e provvedere semplicemente a sistemare la stanza, ha iniziato a sostenere che fosse tutto pulito e a fare finta di non vedere. Peccato che, nel tentativo di dimostrare di avere ragione, abbia passato il dito vicino alla doccia facendo emergere immediatamente un accumulo di polvere di circa un centimetro.
Prima di andarsene, con un atteggiamento a dir poco presuntuoso, ha detto alla mia ragazza: «Accendi la torcia e controlla». Pensavamo quasi che stesse scherzando. Tanto che, nonostante tutto, le abbiamo persino chiesto scusa e l’abbiamo ringraziata. Lei, invece, se n’è andata dicendo: «Questo non è un hotel a 5 stelle, è un hotel a 3 stelle», per poi sbattere la porta.
Siamo rimasti letteralmente sconvolti e abbiamo contattato immediatamente Booking. La sensazione, paradossalmente, era quasi quella di essere noi a dover fare un favore alla struttura, invece di essere clienti.

The bathroom, while functional, wasn’t the cleanest, especially the shower, but nothing a good descaler can’t fix.

Das Personal war teilweise sehr aufmerksam aber teilweise auch sehr mit dem Handy beschäftigt.
