Klelia Beach Hotel by Zante Plaza

SheRhonda was incredibly patient and helpful. It was clear she was doing the job of multiple staff members helping the lobby, bar AND front desk guests simultaneously. She was graceful and polite even under pressure. Thanks!

I got locked out outside where there are couch. The key card suddenly wont function. Good thing theres a passerby who opened the door from the inside. I was sooo cold outside.

Hotel nerenovat,terasa restaurantului plina de rugina si cu gresia veche si spartă în multe locuri,arată neîngrijit.
Nu este un hotel de 4 stele,mâncarea destul de slabă si uneori când se termina un fel de mâncare nu mai era înlocuit sau se aducea un alt fel de mâncare.
Un hotel destul de zgomotos pentru ca ușile de la intrare în camera erau doar de forma fără sa izoleze de exterior,se putea vedea lumina de pe hol si astfel pătrundea în camera orice zgomot si trântit de uși ale turiștilor italieni si britanici care erau foarte gălăgioși si .........!!
Piscina nerenovat cu gresie spartă si cu rugina pe alocuri.
Scaunele tapițate de la restaurant foarte murdare.
Nu știu dacă se poate spune ca aveau restaurant pentru ca locul unde se servea masa era o locație veche care semăna mai mult a cantina decât a restaurant al unui hotel de 4 stele.
Întreg hotelul(de la aleei, la holurile interioare,restaurant, aspect exterior) are un aspect neintretinut si vechi.
Seara nu existau spectacole de divertisment în afară de câteva improvizatii de muzica live sau karaoke.
Cel mult 3 stele.

Delux szobát választottunk, sajnos az eső miatt az ajtó melletti rész az ott tartózkodásunk végére penészedni kezdett. A fürdőszobában a zuhanyzás után állt a víz.

De bar en restaurant absoluut niet uitnodigend. Het hotel is gewoon wat gedateerd. Wij hadden familiekamer beneden waar niet een heel goed bed in zat helaas. Ze moeten snel boxsprings aanschaffen.

Juste des détails: des guêpes à la piscine et sur les terrasses, vin rouge au restaurant pas terrible (servi trop froid), la serrure de la salle de bain se coinçait parfois, le bain à remous était en fait une simple baignoire sur le balcon

Das gesamte Hotel wirkt vernachlässigt, beginnend beim Mobiliar, über die Außenanlage und die Zimmer.
Beispielsweise war die Pool-Terrasse der Swim-Up-Zimmer mit Holz verkleidet, bei dem einzelne Schrauben vor sich hin rosten, andere Holzlatten beim Betreten wegknickten und das Holz hier und da faulte.
Die Fassaden blättern teilweise ab, im öffentlichen Pool-Bereich sind einige Sitzmöbel einfach kaputt und stellenweise zeigt der Fußboden rostige Verfärbungen.
Das All-inclusive-Buffet war zwar abwechslungs- und umfangreich, allerdings waren sämtliche Speisen nahezu komplett ungewürzt, so dass sie größtenteils nach nichts geschmeckt haben.
Das Essen findet in einem kleinen Speisesaal mit Zugang zu Außenterrassen statt. Bei jedem Essen sind mehrere Katzen mit anwesend, die sich auch nicht scheuen, auf den Stühlen oder Tischen zu sitzen. Einige Hotelgäste füttern die Katzen zusätzlich, indem sie ihr Essen auf den Boden werfen. Das ganze ist hygienisch mindestens fragwürdig.

The only negative thing I can say is that I wish the entertainment area was bigger as when the entertainer was on you couldn't always get a seat in the covered area especially if it was a little chilly.

Was expecting a much more luxurious resort based on the write up. Accommodation very basic, although room was spacious. Possibly because I was based in the annex across the road and not the main hotel building. Electrics were temperamental - air-con mostly ineffective and hairdryer kept cutting out and eventually stopped working. The hotel buffet was adequate but monotonous. Although I was all inclusive I dined out in the local restaurants after the third day. Much more enjoyable dining experience.
Ignore list of included facilities. Everything requires a deposit eg beach towels, iron and ironing board.

Les deux seuls petits bémols : il n'y avait pas d'armoire fermée pour ranger les affaires dans la chambre, ni de support pour poser par exemple, les brosses à dents dans la salle de bain. Un petit effort à ce niveau serait apprécié. Mais cela reste vraiment un détail comparé à la qualité globale de notre séjour.

The pool opening times were not good. 10 until 6. For me this is very late to open and early to close. Other places we stayed at open til 8 which always you to enjoy the full sunny days. There is no lifeguard anyway so I don't understand it. I genuinely cannot think of any other negative.
