Bella struttura, di design e molto curata. I proprietari sono sempre gentili e disponibili. La posizione è ottima perché vicina alla spiaggia e a molti ristoranti, con parcheggio comodo di fronte la struttura. Buona colazione e in bel contesto. Tornerei volentieri!
La piscina, a fine settembre, è davvero troppo fredda per poter essere usata.
Everything was amazing. All of the staff were so lovely and made us feel very special. Everywhere was super clean and the rooms were something else with double sinks, a hot tub and sun loungers on our patio. Breakfast was also super nice with a range of food (sausages, bacon, eggs, croissants, muffins, greek yoghurt, fruit, etc). It was super quiet and most of the time we were the only people around the pool which felt like luxury! We would definitely recommend!! Nicholas was also super helpful with arranging airport transfers which made the whole holiday super easy.
The pool was cold at this time of year (mid-September).

Staff eccezionale, sopratutto Nicholas super disponibile dal primo all’ultimo giorno; ci ha lasciato la camera anche dopo l’orario di check out senza chiedere un euro in più. Stanza bella e pulita. Super consigliato anche sotto l’aspetto della zona che durante la giornata e la serata è movimentata

La poussière pas nettoyer sur les ameublement, sous le lit, sur la télécommande.
Pas de micro-ondes dans tout l’hôtel donc pour faire chauffer un pot ou un plat pour bébé…
Pas de chocolat chaud ou cacao pour les petits déjeuners.
Lorsque nous demandons un service ou avons des questions nous avons l’impression de les déranger à part le réceptionniste (nikolos désolé pour l’orthographe) qui lui était top et sympathique
Locatie was perfect. Het was kleinschalig en alles werd met aandacht gedaan. Het is een familiebedrijf en de familie is echt zo behulpzaam met alles en super vriendelijk. Je voelt je er echt welkom.
Weinig kastruimte
Bellissima struttura in una zona comoda con un bel parcheggio vicino, strategica per uscire da kamari senza problemi e a 5 Min a piedi dalla spiaggia e 2 Min dal supermercato e lontana dal caos. Bellissimo spazio aperto con Jacuzzi e lettini.
Letti abbastanza comodi, servizio impeccabile, ogni giorno pulivano la camera e cambiavano tutti gli asciugamani usati e le tazzine del caffè usate.
È presente di tutto, asciugamani per la doccia, accappatoio, asciugamani per Jacuzzi macchina del caffè con tazzine, frigo(anche se un po' piccolo). La colazione buonissima e varia da consumare o a bordo piscina o su un terrazzino al primo piano.
Piscina comune ben tenuta con asciugamani dedicati. Reception sempre attenta a risolvere qualsiasi problema (l'ultimo giorno abbiamo fatto check out prima dell' apertura del buffet e si sono preoccupati di lasciarci ciambella e muffin per prima colazione).
È una scelta stilistica, ma la doccia non ha la porta e il bagno ha una porta in vetro satinato che non si chiude a chiave e per noi (famiglia composta da 4 persone 2 donne e 2 uomini) è stato un grosso problema, inoltre i 2 ragazzi che dormono nella prima stanza non hanno mai il buio totale perché ci sono 2 finestrine ( una sulla porta principale e l'altra nel bagno) che alle prime luci del mattino la illuminano a giorno.
Nella camera da letto mancano delle sedie dove appoggiare vestiti e non ci sono armadi in tutta la casa.
Nella zona piscina comune, se non beccavi l'unico tavolo all'ombra dovevi fare colazione sotto al sole o spostarti al primo piano.
Penso che con poche modifiche si possono ottenere grandi risultati

Piękny, kameralny hotel z bliskimi dostępem do plaży. Codziennie sprzątany apartament. Czystość , fajny basen, bogate i dobre śniadania. Apartament mieliśmy przestronny z dużym tarasem. Bardzo miły i pomocny wlaściciel hotelu.
We had a fantastic stay at Aegean Gem Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with lovely views and great amenities.
Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet.
A beautiful, boutique hotel that truly lives up to its name. Highly recommended!
Nothing, everything was fantastic!
Hotel was very clean, they changed the towels and clean the room every day. The pool area was also really really clean. The host was amazing, all congrats to Nicolas who was truly the best host ever. He was so nice, every time there for you, told us about everything what should we look for, where to eat. The beach is also very near, near are also good restaurants. You have everything. Really nice trip, nice toughts about Santorini and everything. Really recommended this hotel.
The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. The rooms were spacious, clean and of a really high standard. Very tasty breakfast too.
In an ideal world, it would have been nice to have a bigger pool in order for our kids to be able to play without disturbing others, but with the beach just down the road, this is a minor thing.
Breakfast had many options but good quality. Pool area is small but peaceful and the whole hotel is clean and well looked after.
Difficult to iron with a little ironing board and no shower door which was a bit strange
Perfect location to walk to the beach and restaurants. Beautifully presented hotel, everything was so pristine and beautiful plants and flowers. Our room was huge and had a large terrace with its own hot tub. The shared pool was stunning and big enough for us and our kids. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The hotel owners were so helpful and even helped me book a massage therapist to come to my room, I’d highly recommend!
