The hotel was ok . Helpful staff but for our needs we would choose differently
Pros:

Location and ckean . Christos at the front desk is very helpful

Cons:

The room 5 we were assigned faced a jacuzzi and walkway used by all guests , so we could not really use the patio or open the door for the view. No privacy if you do .

Breakfast is at 8 . The guests are served a different main dish everyday . No choices in this . Since I am vegetarian/vegan , I had less choices .. the dishes included eggs . The freshly squeezed orange juice was good and yogurt was fresh.

Séjour merveilleux, vue époustouflante, nous reviendrons !
Pros:

C'est la quatrième fois que nous venons. Je pense que cela suffit pour dire à quel point nous aimons la Villa Renos :) Le petit-déjeuner est fantastique, avec des produits frais, savoureux, fait sur place, la vue est époustouflante et donne envie de rester sur la terrasse toute la journée à la contempler. Merci pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons évidemment très prochainement !

Pros:

Wonderful staff especially Kostos who was so helpful & friendly! Breakfasts were different each day so got to try different Greek foods we may not have otherwise tried. Panoramic views from our balcony were incredible especially sunsets! Great location.loved the hottub! Nice large room - lots of space - large shower.

Cons:

Lots of steps to get to the hotel. People with mobility issues may have issues.

Pros:

Best location and best view in town! Great breakfast with a new dish and dessert everyday. Excellent service and personal treatment by Christos. He was really great and made us feel at home. Beautiful room with unbelievable view of Caldera.

Nothing everything exceeded expectations.

Unbeatable caldera view.
Pros:

Unbeatable caldera views! The staff was very, very helpful and the breakfast was great. It really helped to have a hot tub after a day of climbing up and down the hillside. Was very thankful for the help with the luggage. I don't think we would've made it there without help.

Pros:

Fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The owner and manager/staff were fantastic. They made us feel so welcome and gave us some really good recommendations. The manager (Christos) you can tell really wants to make sure you are taken care of. Views were unbelievable. Had booked a cocktail place next door to watch the sunset but realized when we got there that with the views of this hotel, it was not needed. Place was clean, breakfast was good, staff was fantastic, and location was very convenient. Highly recommend!!

Perfect week in a beautiful place.

Everything was outstanding! The owner put together an amazing staff. Christos at the front desk was fantastic, as was Nikos. Eva made amazing breakfasts with something different every day. Elli was a sweetheart who fell in love with our dog Chloe. I encourage everyone check out Villa Reno’s Hotel, I assure you that you will enjoy it as much as we did

Pros:

Personellet var veldig hyggelig, rommet flott, og nydelig med eget basseng og fantastisk utsikt. Lokasjon perfekt.

De vasket rommet hver dag samtidig som vi spiste frokost, og hadde service/rengjøring av basseng ila våre tre netter.

Frokosten var veldig god, og variert hver dag.

Cons:

Litt varmt vann i basseng.
