If you like a family run hotel, with luxury bedrooms, spacious ensuite bathrooms and your own jacuzzi on your own balcony with the best sunset view in Santorini with home cooked breakfasts and situated in the best location in Fira, then this is the hotel for you. Fira is a much better base than Oia and it is very easy to get to Oia by catching the local bus for 2 Euro or hiking there. Our family stayed in 3 rooms over 3 nights having stayed in very good hotels in Athens, Milos and Paros but this was the best of the lot.

The location of this place is spectacular but what makes this property so unique is the genuine hospitality and attention to detail to everything you may need. Vasili and his team are second to none. Highly encourage everyone to book here. You will NOT regret it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and loved everything about this hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained. The breathtaking view of the caldera is simply unforgettable and made every moment of our stay special.

The location is excellent — right in the center, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing at the same time.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone was always ready to help and made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The service was outstanding throughout our entire stay.

The breakfasts were exceptional — delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of choices. Starting each day with such an incredible view made the experience even more perfect.

Everything was simply amazing. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again. We can’t wait to return!

Christos, Vassilis and every member of staff gave me such a warm welcome!
They were so friendly every day and looked after me so well.

The View from the room/balcony was stunning, completely understand uninterrupted. By far the best view we had the whole trip, no need to book restaurants for a sunset view.

The balcony/sun bed and hot tub was perfect, we used it every day. The sun is on the balcony in the afternoon and it was the perfect late afternoon and evening place to relax. The hot tub was a good temperature but they did say they could change it depending on what suited us.

The room was homely and had an authentic feel as opposed to characterless/modern.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was a treat every day, never knew what you might get but lovely all the same, and plenty of it!

The location was perfect for us. In the middle of Fira, close to all restaurants/cafes/bars and transport. Having day trips to other areas we were so pleased to return to Villa Renos every night.
You can hear a little music from bars around but shut the doors and it disappears.
