Le suites hanno a disposizione delle terrazze private. che in realtà non lo sono perché il personale dell’hotel e gli altri clienti ci passano più volte al giorno. La suites che ci è stata assegnata non era quella che avevamo prenotato ma un presunto upgrade. La vasca idromassaggio era a una temperatura troppo elevata era praticamente inutilizzabile.
Camera superior molto ampie e comode. Letto fantastico, noi avevamo la piscina privata su una terrazza con vista caldera, dove viene servita la colazione privata. Disponibilità e servizi offerti ottimi. Posizione ottima, che non richiede di fare i mille scalini tipici di un pò tutta Santorini

Excellent location in Imerovigli, with spectacular caldera views and a beautiful private terrace. The setting is definitely the strongest point of the property. The staff were generally polite and helpful. For the price and positioning, the overall experience felt somewhat below expectations. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay.
The photos do not accurately represent The Pearl Honeymoon Suite, also the suite looked bit dated, and the bathroom lighting was far too weak, for ex. no chance for shaving or proper grooming. The Chopard amenities did not feel particularly convincing, and on one day they were not replenished. There was also constant background noise throughout the night from technical equipment around the suite, air-conditioning units, boilers, jacuzzi systems or similar installations, so it was never completely quiet.
Service was a little rigid regarding our early arrival. We had requested an early check-in and offered to pay extra for breakfast on the first morning, but there was very limited flexibility even though the suite had apparently been unoccupied before our stay.
Breakfast itself was quite basic for a hotel of this level. The eggs were consistently burnt whether they were omelets or sunny side up, and on our final morning, despite earlier told that it's possible to arrange an early breakfast for our early departure, we received only very basic white-toast sandwiches.
The spa and wellness centre was also closed during our stay, despite being advertised as a hotel facility.
Overall, the suite, breakfast and some service details could be improved to better match the photos and the premium price and location.
The view was incredible and the staff couldn’t be more helpful
Location was quite a walk from Fira and taxis are very expensive
The view is great except the walkway of the busy cliff track right in front of the room.
Our shower was broken and had to be fixed. The wifi dropped out and didn’t work a number of times during our stay so unable to work remotely. The cleaners came very early before we had morning showers and left the room. We knew there could be people outside the hotel walking past but the walkway is the main track that had volumes of walkers going past - no privacy at all. We couldn’t leave our window blinds open because of walk by looking in. Pool was very cold.
Nothing. This hotel is totally the opposite of what is advertised for and we were given a Suite that had open access to a public footpath, which was unacceptable.
There were three swimming pools outside of our room that were next to a public footpath, and there were bean bags instead of sunbeds that looked dirty. No other guests were staying in the next rooms which said a lot.
I give 10 points for this hotel :)
Szczerze polecam ten obiekt. Od początku czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Na uwagę zasługuje: śniadanie do pokoju, piękne widoki na morze i zachód słońca, czystość, możliwość zrobienia sobie kawy w pokoju oraz obsługa. Dodatkowym atutem jest jakuzzi na tarasie oraz dostęp do basenu. Wokół cisza i spokój. Chętnie wrócimy!

White Santorini in Imerovigli was exceptional. The facilities were great and clean, the staff is attentive, helpful, and had great recommendations of activities around Santorini. Eating breakfast every day with a view of the Caldera was simply perfect.

The property itself is fantastic and we didn’t have anything we disliked about it. Imerovigli is popular during the sunset hour and if you rent a car it might be difficult to find parking.
