Το μόνο που θα ήθελα αφού υπάρχει βραστήρας στο δωμάτιο να είχε και ένα στιγμιαίο καφέ και νεράκι στο ψυγείο .Το σήμα Wi-Fi δεν ήταν καλο

Gegend kann man nicht empfehlen.. Frühstück, Frühstücksraum und Außenbereich leider etwas lieblos.

Das Frühstück ist wie in einer Kantine oder Jugendherberge.Alle laufen im Self Service mit einem Tablett rum und das Tablett muss mit dem schmutzigen Geschirr abgeräumt werden.Die Auswahl und Vielseitigkeit war schlecht , kaum frische Produkte, alles verpackt.Es fehlen ständig Produkte,die Marmelade wurde in den letzten Tagen nicht mehr zur Verfügung gestellt,angeblich nicht mehr geliefert durch Wind und Regen.Die Kaffeemaschine war eine Katastrophe,funktioniert gar nicht oder ständig war etwas leer und man musste die einzige Servicekraft ,die das Frühstück betreut,ständig suchen und darauf hinweisen.Der Früstücksraum war geschmacklos und unpersönlich,schreckliches Licht und eng ,klein und laut.Keine Möglichkeit draußen zu essen.

While we were sleeping, the sewer backed up and flooded our room with raw sewage. I had to step out of the room barefoot in the “POOP WATER” which was one of the most disgusting and traumatizing experiences of my life

All of our luggage, backpacks, shoes, and belongings on the floor were soaked in contaminated water. I reported it to the staff. When I asked where we could wash our clothes, they said the hotel had no laundry service and suggested I go to a self-service laundromat five minutes away. I then asked if the hotel would cover the cost. Only after I brought that up, they agree to wash our clothes. If I hadn’t asked, they would have made us deal with everything on our own.

However, what they called “assistance” was minimal. Even though my luggage was contaminated with sewage (black water) and required proper sanitation, they simply handed me a towel and spray and told me to clean it myself :))) When our clothes were returned, some were still wet, and some items were stained or damaged beyond use. Both of my backpacks are now ruined and must be thrown away.

We lost an entire day cleaning our belongings and moving rooms with no help from the staff and had to cancel our planned tours, costing us both time and money. Despite the severity of the incident and the fact that our vacation was ruined, the hotel refused to offer any compensation or refund. They claimed they “offered an alternative room and free laundry,” but in reality, we had to relocate our belongings ourselves, and the solution they provided was completely inadequate.

It is disgusting to think that we had to walk barefoot through sewage, wear clothes that had human waste on them, and throw away personal belongings, all with zero real support or accountability from this hotel. This experience caused financial loss, emotional distress, and completely ruined our vacation.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Their handling of this health hazard was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable
