overall good stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very clean which I liked, had different fresh breakfast options every day, lovely pool. The only thing I would add is, upon arrival they could have offered a glass of water as I was so thirsty and there was none in the fridge either in our hotel room.

Άψογη καθαριότητα, αλλά η φιλοξενία χρειάζεται βελτίωση
Pros:

Βρεθήκαμε στο ξενοδοχείο για 5 ημέρες και 4 διανυκτερεύσεις. Η επιλογή μας βασίστηκε κυρίως στην τοποθεσία του και στα θετικά σχόλια που είχαμε διαβάσει σχετικά με την καθαριότητα.
Οφείλω να αναγνωρίσω ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό, προσεγμένο και αρκετά άνετο σε τετραγωνικά μέτρα. Η ηχομόνωση ήταν σε καλό επίπεδο, ενώ το σύγχρονο κλιματιστικό συνέβαλε σημαντικά στην άνεση της διαμονής μας. Επίσης, οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι και οι πισίνες διατηρούνταν καθαροί και περιποιημένοι.
Η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη μόνο εν μέρει, καθώς θεωρώ ότι η διοίκηση του ξενοδοχείου θα πρέπει να επανεξετάσει μαζί με το προσωπικό την έννοια της φιλοξενίας. Παρότι το ξενοδοχείο φιλοξενεί κυρίως ξένους επισκέπτες, η ανθρώπινη επαφή και η ζεστή εξυπηρέτηση είναι στοιχεία που δεν θα έπρεπε να απουσιάζουν. Στη δική μας περίπτωση, το προσωπικό έδειχνε αρκετά τυπικό και ψυχρό κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μας.
Ένα ακόμη σημείο που μας δυσαρέστησε ήταν ότι τα κλινοσκεπάσματα δεν άλλαξαν ούτε μία φορά κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Επιπλέον, κατά το check-in δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό στο δωμάτιο, ενώ το ψυγείο ήταν εντελώς άδειο και δεν διέθετε mini bar. Αντίθετα, εκτιμήσαμε τη μικρή αλλά όμορφη χειρονομία με τις καραμέλες στο κρεβάτι και τις πετσέτες διαμορφωμένες σε σχήμα κύκνου.
Σχετικά με το parking, θεωρώ ότι η περιγραφή του ξενοδοχείου είναι κάπως παραπλανητική. Αναφέρεται ως δωρεάν parking εντός του ξενοδοχείου, όμως στην πράξη οι διαθέσιμες θέσεις είναι ελάχιστες για τον αριθμό των δωματίων. Οι χώροι στάθμευσης είναι αρκετά στενοί και υπάρχει αυξημένος κίνδυνος πρόκλησης ζημιών μεταξύ των οχημάτων. Τις περισσότερες ημέρες αναγκαζόμασταν να παρκάρουμε σε παρακείμενους δρόμους, κάτι που μας ταλαιπώρησε αρκετά, ειδικά επειδή η ύπαρξη ιδιωτικού parking αποτέλεσε σημαντικό κριτήριο στην επιλογή του ξενοδοχείου.
Το πρωινό ήταν ένα τυπικό ευρωπαϊκό πρωινό με περιορισμένες επιλογές και χωρίς κάτι ιδιαίτερα αξιομνημόνευτο.

Disappointing breakfast, every thing else good

Great location. Very large pool area. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast choice was quite limited and items ran out often. Tables were self- clearing and not always wiped clean. The tray area for dishes was often very full. There were a lot of broken sun beds.

De koude zwembaden, de vriendelijkheid van sommige medewerkers, soms onbeschoft of geïrriteerd in hun reactie bij simpele vragen, personeel van het ontbijt wel erg vriendelijk, de internetverbinding erg ondermaats en uren stroomuitval zonder compensatie. Geen dagelijkse handdoeken beschikbaar.

La habitación triple decía 1 cama doble y 1 cama individual. La “cama” individual no era una cama, era un sillón súper incómodo. Se puede esperar algo así de un apartamento pero no de un hotel.

Schöne Zimmer,Frühstück nicht angemessen.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll,Bad modern, großer Balkon,alles sehr neu und ansprechend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist wie in einer Kantine oder Jugendherberge.Alle laufen im Self Service mit einem Tablett rum und das Tablett muss mit dem schmutzigen Geschirr abgeräumt werden.Die Auswahl und Vielseitigkeit war schlecht , kaum frische Produkte, alles verpackt.Es fehlen ständig Produkte,die Marmelade wurde in den letzten Tagen nicht mehr zur Verfügung gestellt,angeblich nicht mehr geliefert durch Wind und Regen.Die Kaffeemaschine war eine Katastrophe,funktioniert gar nicht oder ständig war etwas leer und man musste die einzige Servicekraft ,die das Frühstück betreut,ständig suchen und darauf hinweisen.Der Früstücksraum war geschmacklos und unpersönlich,schreckliches Licht und eng ,klein und laut.Keine Möglichkeit draußen zu essen.
