El Greco, Michalis awesome!
Pros:

El Greco was a romantic, conveniently located and great atmosphere. Michalis & Co. were beyond expectations in making us feel at home, safe and awesome recommendations and directions as to how and when to use the proper transportation. The bar and breakfast was awesome, Pana was a gentleman, evaggelia etc. very thankful to stay with them! You won’t regret staying with el Greco!

Gorgeous hotel with fantastic location. Rained on day but we made the best of the view from our room
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Had a lot of options to choose from.

There was a constant queue for coffee. More machines would be great

Geweldig Hotel op een TOP locatie.
Pros:

Top locatie. Binnen 5 tot 10 minuten lopen ben je in hartje Fira. Goede uitvalsbasis. Meerdere zwembaden. Super aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Schone kamers.

Cons:

Misschien wat gehorige kamer. Wij hoorden iedere keer de buren de lades openen en sluiten van hun kledingkast.

Family of 3, 2 adults and a child
Pros:

We really liked the fact that the staff were very nice and gave us a flexible and early check in. The hotel room was very spacious and they provided us with 3 complementary water bottles. The placement of the hotel was great not too far away from the main town and in front of a scenic bridge. The breakfast was fulfilling and delicious.

Cons:

The facilities were very expensive like the spa.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Very nice place to stay great service at the restaurant and reception.
Most important is near Fira and if you want to go there you just walk.
Arrange what ever you need with the reception before you go to your room.
Great WiFi connection I said this for the people that care 😆
Pools are amazing, and the best , you are in front of the volcano. 🌋

Fantastic, relaxing accommodation from where to explore all Santorini has to offer.
Pros:

Our chosen dates probably made our stay even more enjoyable, as we visited prior to the high season. At the resort, we enjoyed the Breakfast and Dinner package, and this met with our expectations. Our room was more than comfortable for our family, and kept very clean due to the daily Housekeeping Service.

Cons:

Although the many swimming pools are kept to a very high standard, like other resorts we have visited in the Mediterranean the water temperature is too cold to enjoy.

Good location but lots need to improve on
Pros:

Great location and good parking space, restaurant is pretty good too

Cons:

Room facilities is not up to standards, aircon sound is too loud, and we lost the hot water in the bathroom the second night we stay, and only our room had lost electricity 3 times in a row, they don’t seem to take it seriously to resolve and we ask that can we change room if we lost the electricity and they said no.

Gorgeous Hotel
Pros:

We had a great stay here, their junior suite was very spacious with amazing sunrise views from the balcony area. The resort has several swimming pools and their complimentary breakfast is excellent with the largest food variety I have seen in a breakfast buffet . Even though I am not a breakfast person, I made sure I made it to the restaurant in the morning.
The hotel location is also great, just few minutes walk from the center of town, restaurants and buses for day trips to Oia and other beautiful destinations.
