Only the location and the staff were friendly and showed a lot of hospitality to all of my family

Cons:

There was massive miscommunication between what we had booked with the bookings and what we received at the hotel. First, the booking was showing that they have free parking, and nowhere in the booking confirmation did it show that no space was available. The booking confirmation the hotel staff showed me when I escaped that we must have a parking, they said there is no space available, and they showed me a page with this information. I have booked twin beds for my sister and me, and a double room for my parents, and this was never shared with the hotel so they gave us only twins beds room, when I showed the requst he said never received. Very poor servixe from booking, same from the hotel. Disappointed
