The food was excellent, the pools and the water park were great, the beach was great. The a la carte restaurants were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, we didn't expect it.

Στο βραδινο ηταν λιγες οι επιλογες που αλλαζαν, στις 6 μερες που μειναμε το βαρεθηκαμε το menu
Perfect for relaxing holidays with children. Beautiful sandy beach, friendly, polite and helpful staff that created a very welcoming atmosphere everywhere, nice system with a la carte restaurants for dinner, tasty snacks - buffet quality was also good. Children loved the aqua park! We’ll come back again!
Some aspects of the room were a bit outdated and room cleaning could be more thorough, but that didn’t affect our holidays.

I didn’t like the property—it felt more like a sanatorium than a resort. The décor was outdated and a bit creepy, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. We changed hotels on the second day. The good thing was that they had other hotels within the same hotel group, so they transferred us to one of them.
We chose the all-inclusive package, but unfortunately the quality was very disappointing. The coffee was undrinkable, and the omelet was inedible, so the all-inclusive option was definitely not worth it. The only thing we really enjoyed was the nearby water park. Overall, I believe the hotel was far too expensive for what it offers.

Tons of options for delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The aqua park is awesome for the kids, and the staff and lifeguards are super nice. The family room is huge and comfy, and the view is gorgeous. Plus, there are cool activities, movies, and sports.
It'd be great to have an option to lock the inner parents door.
The kids ordered fresh juice, and it wasn't included in the LUXME package so we had to pay (which is fine), but we were only told about it after the service, it would've been better to know beforehand.
Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο Grecotel στην Κυλλήνη! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν άψογο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια, καθαρό, φιλόξενο και με πανέμορφο περιβάλλον. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει να γίνει στην κυρία Σωτηρία, manager του ξενοδοχείου, η οποία ήταν απόλυτα επαγγελματίας και μας φρόντισε με προσοχή σε όλη τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μας. Ο επαγγελματισμός και η ευγένειά της μας χαροποίησαν πραγματικά και έκαναν τις διακοπές μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστες. Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!
All inclusive availability of food and drinks all day round.
No availability for family rooms or adjacent rooms for parents with young teenagers, so we as parents had to split up each to accommodate a room with one of the children! It would also be good to have smart tv’s to access people’s Netflix Prime Disney etc.
