Disappointing Stay
Pros:

• Room itself was nice, spacious, and comfortable

Cons:

• Definitely not a 5-star hotel; I don’t understand the high ratings — maybe some guests haven’t stayed in a real 5-star before
• Always a waiting list just to get a table outside at breakfast and dinner
• Food is very average and quite limited
• Sea here is honestly the worst in Rhodes; high reviews probably come from comparisons with Northern Europe
• Hotel feels lifeless — no trees anywhere, no greenery, no atmosphere
• No playground or facilities for children
• Around 90% of guests are 50+, so the hotel feels more like an adults-only property

Wonderful hotel, perfect location, great view, gourmet food and breakfast bar, wonderful staff !
Pros:

Hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful pebble beach, crystal clear water and beach not crowded. Staff is excellent and extremely pleasant and hospitable, food and breakfast bar amazing, rooms and bathrooms clean with wonderful views, comfortable beds. Will come back here again!!!

If you want to relax and spoil yourself, this is the place to go for !
Pros:

Great service, Attention to details. Clean, comfortable. The hotel sits next to a cliff so there’s a nice short hike you can do. The view is pretty and tthe beach is very well attended with access even for disabled people.
Breakfast was diversed with champagne and freshly squeezed juices.
Overall experience was amazing.
Great value for money !

Vackert ställe, lugn strand med servering och solstolar ingår i priset. God frukost med toppen god nypressat mandarin juice, omelett som du väljer ingredienser själv.
Omtänksamt och trevligt personal, stor affär med allt möjligt: kläder souvenir mat öl vin.
Bekväm säng, tv wifi som fungerar.
Dress code på mat ställen - toppen ide!
Lugnt med high standard precis för semester chill.

Cons:

Reception vill skanna dina känsliga personliga uppgifter - pass! Detta är oacceptabelt nuförtiden. Det är klart att dem kan skriva ner och kolla vem checkar in men att skanna det tyckte jag går gränsen. Samma med betalningskort uppgifter.

Fönster kunde vara putsat rent på rummet fanns fett finger fläckar från gästerna före oss.

Pros:

В этом отеле мы уже раз 5ый наверное. Для нас он уголок спокойствия и релакса. Возможно потому, что мы там частые гости, нам улучшили номер. С днем рождения поздравили - в номере ждал тортик со свечкой и с поздравлением от персонала. Отель ухоженный. Все что полагается для 5 звезд есть. Еда вкусная. На завтраке лосось, шампанское и вяленое мясо (прошута), что еще можно сказать о качестве завтрака)) Море в это месте тоже очень хорошее. По травке бегает робот-косильщик и от этого ощущение какого-то футуристического места, которое особенно усиливается от больших белых шаров на траве (отсыл к фильму Москва -Кассиопея).

Cons:

В одном из блюд из шведского стола на ужине (пирог) оказался волос. Подумала, что упал мой. Хотела убрать- смотрю тянется из-под крышечки пирога. Подозвала менеджера(молодая девушка) она сразу схватила тарелку и с извинениями убежала. Ну то есть молодец- поступила правильно. А вот дальше подошел старший менеджер и сказал - "я приношу вам свои извинения, но они там на кухне все в шапочках" и на этом все! Мог бы хоть предложить напиток за счет отеля, ну что-нибудь в этом роде. Я рада что они в шапочках, но это был явный намек - мол а может это ваш волос. Так вот что хочу передать тому менеджеру - наутро, там где разносили хлеб, девушка была с таким пушистым, торчащим во все стороны, хвостом волос, что ей шапочка бы никак не помогла, очень хотелось его подозвать. Все же надо проявлять больше чуткости к гостям, которые по старой памяти так рвутся к вам приехать. А еще кормите пожалуйста котиков живущих в отеле- они так радуют постояльцев, но мы не нашли в отеле ни одну кормушку.

Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel par rapport à la côte. Le personnel, la chambre avec vue sur mer, la possibilité de profiter de la mer ou de la piscine selon son envie, la restauration, la possibilité de réserver une voiture directement à l'hôtel, la possibilité de prendre le bus à proximité de l'hôtel. Si la flore marine est pauvre sur les rochers on peut voir tout de même de nombreux poissons le long de la côte à proximité de l'hôtel.

Cons:

C'est dommage que l'environnement, lorsqu'on s'éloigne à pied dans les sentiers proches de l'hôtel, soit encombré de déchets divers car on les retrouve ensuite au fond de la mer.
La chambre pourrait être agrémentée d'un deuxième fauteuil et d'une table basse afin de mieux profiter de la chambre lorsqu'il y a des averses.
