A vista da caldeira, fora do quarto, porque de dentro do pequeniníssimo quarto (que chamam de suíte júnior,) não se vê nada.
Acredito que nos colocaram na pior suite do hotel. O tamanho irrisório da suíte, a falta de claridade, apenas uma porta pequena, que, se aberta, nos tira totalmente a privacidade. As péssimas espreguiçadeiras (do lado de fora), aliás as únicas comparadas às demais suítes, que não nos permitiram curtir o sol. A falta de sombreiros, que aguentem um pouco de vento, na piscina, já que é um lugar que venta muito. A baixa altura da porta (não tem nem 1,70) de acesso ao banheiro. Meu esposo ficou com a cabeça machucada. É um alto risco que precisa ser avisado ainda na reserva. A falta de privacidade que tem uma janelinha que se abre pra uma escada onde todos passam. Da escada se vê os espaços da ducha e da bacia sanitária. O limitadídissimo e fraquíssimo café da manhã. A dificuldade de acesso. São 84 degraus da rua até o quarto. Isso também precisa ser avisado na reserva. A Booking está misturando “alhos com bugalhos” e enganando a todos nós com informações genéricas e incompletas.

La chambre joliment décoré avec un lit très confortable. La petite terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur là caldeira et la piscine à débordement !!

Climbing to get to the min road— but worth it!
La vue
les vitres de la fenêtre sales, pas nettoyées de tout le séjour. Les poubelles et les sacs de linge sales qui trainent la journée dans les allées de l'hotel. Suite junior (plus petite des suites) : pas de neflix comme on nous l'avait indiqué, les chaussons fournis sans le nom de l'hotel (la suite supérieure n'avait pas les mêmes...) Petit déjeuner : le bacon servi frois tous les jours, la suite juste au-dessus bénéficiant du jaccuzi : bruit infernal tard le soir quand le jaccuzi est en route. un drone a survolé la terrasse de la chambre pratiquement tous les jours. L'aéroport est à 10 minutes : coût 80 euros pour l'aller et le retour. J'ai oublié un petit sac contenant des cosmétiques, l'hôtel n'a même pas pris le soin de m'appeler ou de m'envoyer un mail.

Sofa beds weren’t very comfortable.
Unbeatable views, a thoughtfully designed suite, and a soaking tub on the balcony that pairs perfectly with the sunset.
The breakfast options were quite limited. There appeared to be dust mites in the bed (I have a sensitive constitution), and the door latch was broken—even when locked, it could be pushed open with force.

It was more beautiful than we even expected! Amazing sunset views, gorgeous decor, spacious room and terrace. Not one complaint!

What an amazing place. Incredible location in the caldera with truely awesome views of the sea, volcano and sunset.
Boutique feel to the whole resort with a lovely heated pool, great food from the restaurant and attentive and friendly staff.
