If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the Pozar Salt Cave Hotel Spa in advance.

Please note that the price includes wood only for the first use of the fireplace (3-4 pieces of wood). Extra wood is available upon charge.

Please be advised that the bathrobes and towels are only for use within our hotel. Different use outside our hotel is available only by rental.

Change of towels in the rooms every other day for stays of 2 days or more.

Please note that visitors are not permitted to access guest (rooms/floors/units) only the made lobby can have access

Pros:

Hotel très sympathique avec une très bon rapporr qualité prix.. Bien placé proche des restaurants et commerces. L'appartement 3 chambres est immense avec cheminée.

Cons:

Les installations spa sont un peu vieillottes mais franchement pour le prix c'est ok.

Πανέμορφο ξενοδοχείο και πεντακάθαρο! Δωμάτια μεγάλα και όμορφα με άνετο κρεβάτι και τζάκι. Το πρωινό φανταστικό με πολλές επιλογές! Τα σπα πολύ όμορφα και αξίζει να δοκιμάσετε υπηρεσία μασάζ. Από τις κορυφαίες επιλογές της περιοχής.

Cons:

Θα προτιμούσα να μην υπήρχε χρέωση σε μπουρνούζι καθώς συνήθως τα ξενοδουμε σπα τα διαθέτουν δωρεάν.

Η δύναμή του είναι οι άνθρωποί του. Άμεση προσωπική επικοινωνία και επίλυση κάθε προβλήματος. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και ζεστό, Τα κρεβάτια άνετα, οι παροχές όπως περιγράφονται. Πλήρης ανταπόκριση του καταλύματος στην περιγραφή. Άνετος χώρος στάθμευσης. Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Οι παροχές spa όλες διαθέσιμες όπως περιγράφονται. Οι ποιότητα των παροχών αυτών η απόλυτα αναμενόμενη από ένα κατάλυμα το είδους του.

Cons:

Τα χρόνια του φαίνονται, τόσο κτηριακά όσο και στον εξοπλισμό. Οι προσπάθειες εκσυγχρονισμού ορατές. Τα υπερκαλύπτει όλα η προσωπική επαφή. Θα έδινε άλλο τόνο εάν το πρωινό στηριζόταν σε τοπικά προϊόντα.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία το κατάλυμα κοντά στις ιαματικές πηγές των λουτρών ποζαρ. Πρωινό καλό, θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερο για την τιμή του.

Cons:

Την Δεύτερη μέρα στο δωμάτιο δεν έγινε καθαρισμός αυτού (το ξέχασαν) και επίσης είχαμε κλείσει για spa εντός ξενοδοχείου και αλλα είπαμε και άλλα κανόνισαν να κάνουμε (είπαν πως έγινε λάθος απο αυτούς )

Great Location, friendliness professionalism and helpfulness of Elena at the front desk, and willingness to provide gluten-free bread specifically made for us and fried eggs. Providing us with great suggestions on where to go to have great dinner and also places to go and see and visit around Pozar Baths.
Would definitely consider staying at the same place if we were to go back to Pozar Baths.

Cons:

Kind of a funny observation but the bathroom was built ...only for tall people, lol 😄 !
The towel rack and the shower head were placed way too high for people of average height 😄..

Οι άνθρωποι είχαν πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και πολύ πλούσιο πρωινό επίσης ο χωρος ήταν πολύ άνετος. Μας κάνανε αψογο μασαζ σε όλη την οικογένεια και είχαν πεντακάθαρες πισίνες. Επίσης υπήρχε αλατοσπηλαιο που αξίζει να επισκεφτείς. Τέλος το ξενοδοχείο είχε πολύ λογικές τιμές

Όμορφο καθαρό δωμάτιο.
Καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα και άλλαζαν πετσέτες. Ζεστό νερό πάντα.

Cons:

Μηδενική ηχομόνωση, το ένα βράδυ δεν κοιμηθήκαμε καθόλου εξαιτίας της απερίγραπτης φασαρίας των από πάνω και από το ξενοδοχείο δεν έκαναν απολύτως τίποτα.
Επιπλέον ρωτήσαμε για προτάσεις για φαγητό και δεν ήταν καθόλου βοηθητικοί.
