Très bon séjour
Pros:

Petit déjeuner crétois délicieux, mais identique chaque jour.
Hotel placé en plein centre ville, proche des sites intéressants et des restaurants.
Personnel très sympathique et efficace.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas assez d'éclairage dans la chambre.
Le matelas n'était pas au top.

Netter guter Service. Frühstückt top!

Cons:

Blick aus den Fenstern ist wirklich nicht schön. Daher sind wohl prinzipiell erst einmal die Fensterläden geschlossen wenn man ankommt.
Durch die sehr zentrale Lage natürlich bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut.

Its position and especially its restaurant on opposite side of the cobbled street. The staff were very smartly dressed and polite and welcoming

Cons:

My partner has restricted mobility so we couldn’t climb the 3 flights of stairs for the roof top jacuzzi so missed out on that

La posizione davvero ottima e comodissima. La stanza era davvero enorme. Comunque accogliente. La zona della colazione stupenda. Personale gentile.

Cons:

Il bagno organizzato in modo poco funzionale (a parte il wc era tutto nella stanza da letto). Struttura un po' vecchia quindi priva di banali comfort (scarsità di prese elettriche vicino al letto).

Super tolle Mitarbeiter, da wird noch der Gast sehr geschätzt. Sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Super entspannter Frühstück in tollem Ambiente. Super Lage. Auch das Dining Restaurant kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war mitten in der Restaurantsstrasse, daher bis spät in die Nacht laut und Gerüche aus der Küche. Kaum Tageslicht im Zimmer. Leider bei dem schön renovierten Zimmer totale Stilbruch mit dem Kleiderschrank, da hätte ich was stilvolleres eingebaut. Er sah eher nach einem Besenschrank aus.

Excelente hotel en Rethymno
Pros:

Excelente hotel situado en el centro de Rethymno con un parking de pago cercano.
Habitación y baños muy amplios y limpios.
El desayuno ofrecido fue espectacular con productos locales; lo sirven en un patio de un bonito restaurante al lado del hotel.
Los chicos de la recepción fueron muy amables; el chico que estaba por la noche nos esperó hasta que llegamos ya que era bastante tarde y nos ayudó a buscar un restaurante para cenar. El chico de la mañana también fue muy amable con nosotros. Muchas gracias por vuestro buen hacer.

Muy buena ubicación y bien equipado.
Pros:

Gran ubicacion. El lugar está limpio y muy bien equipado. La cama era.cómoda y enorme. Tiene nevera, caja fuerte, albornoces, zapatillas, un gran número de toallas de todo tipo, el aire acondicionado funciona bien (aunque es demasiado ruidoso en comparación con otros), buen espacio... En la habitación, a modo de obsequio, te dejan el día de tu llegada una botellita de rakí y dos botellas de agua y dos refrescos en la nevera. El desayuno, ofrecido en un precioso restaurante que se encuentra a escasos metros en un patio lleno de árboles, es tradicional griego y muy bueno.

Cons:

Está ubicado en pleno barrio antiguo, y debajo hay bares en los que ponen música hasta tarde, pero es algo con lo que hay que contar si quieres estar bien situado.
