Amazing vacation
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at KRIOPIGI Hotel! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The service in both the restaurant and the bar was excellent – the staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

A special mention goes to the animation team – Patrycja and Emilka did a fantastic job! Their energy, creativity, and kindness made every activity so much fun and created unforgettable memories. Thanks to them, every day was full of joy and great entertainment.

Overall, this is a truly wonderful hotel with top-notch service, great facilities, and a perfect team. I can highly recommend KRIOPIGI Hotel and will definitely be happy to return!

Terrible place do not go
Pros:

Before I went I read the reviews most of them seemed good although there were one or two terrible ones, I just thought fussy people. I should have listened. On arrival reception looked really nice and I thought yes, we have landed lucky, although the reception staff were less than friendly. They were very quick to take the taxes off us and then we were shown to our room. Very basic with a filthy stained carpet. The shower curtain didn’t fit the shower so every time we had a shower the bathroom flooded. We were offered another room but this was much smaller and not much better. The food was the most disgusting I have had anywhere, even breakfast was bad with fried eggs that were like bullets. It was also very repetitive. It’s not really all inclusive either they finish serving drinks at 11pm
And all the drinks have been watered down. You can’t have a drink at dinner just wine or beer. The outside area felt very cramped with loungers mainly on a grasses area and not around the pool. I couldn’t wait to leave and I would never ever revisit even for free.
