Pros:

El servicio y trato recibido por parte del personal del lugar; su atención e implicación así como la ubicación y las vistas que había. La localidad entre Imerovigli y Fira lo hicieron mucho mejor y la chica que había en recepción era muy maja y atenta.

Cons:

Un fallo que hubo con la reserva en cuestión; el primer día habíamos reservado una habitación con una categoría superior a la que nos dieron; no correspondiéndose con la foto que nos enviaron.

Очень печально, этот отель был у меня в закладках ни один год и я мечтала тут побывать. Но реальность оказалась печальной. Отель требует ремонта и уже давно. Сантехника просто мрак, по чистоте тоже вопросы-длинные чужие волосы в ванной, на балконе. Мы приложили большие усилия, чтоб не испортить впечатления о таком красивом острове таким убогим отелем. К сожалению, рекомендовать отель не могу. Очень жаль

Beau jacuzzi à Santorin
Pros:

Jolie vue, un jacuzzi bien chaud, une chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, de la place pour ranger nos affaires et valises, un frigo, une bouilloire, une cave à vin électrique et un décapsuleur.
Le personnel est très disponible.

Cons:

La chambre manque de quelques équipements : assiettes, couverts et couvertures supplémentaires.

Pros:

La réceptionniste!

Cons:

Être bloqué 10 minutes avec une tempête à l’extérieur du logement avec un serrure bloqué avec ma fille de 6 ans et ma mère de 70 ans.
Pas de cafetière au départ puis ensuite achat de deux dosettes qui n’allait pas.
Jaccuzi moisi les cheveux de ma fille sentait le moisi.
Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain.

Lindo lugar, hermosa vista pero...con pocos detalles podría ser mejor
Pros:

Lo mas lindo es la vista al mar, realmente bellísima. Muy linda decoración.

Cons:

En el estar hay una mesada con pava electrica y una sandwichera, pero nada de tés, o sobrecitos de azúcar de cortesía. Además las tazas no se podían lavar más que en el baño ya que la mesada no disponía de una Bacha. Eso no me pareció adecuado para un hotel de esta categoría.

L’appartement est appréciable avec sa belle vue et son jacuzzi. La literie est agréable.

Cons:

Il était un peu humide et le jacuzzi n’était disponible que le dernier jour. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur totalement car il ne faisait pas très chaud. Dommage. Il manquait des dosettes de café. Pour le secteur il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour se déplacer.

We enjoyed our stay, big thanks to Jona for taking care of us.
Pros:

The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was a nice size and clean. We had a small fridge where we could keep food and drinks. There is a kettle to boil water for hot drinks, but you need to buy your own instant coffee and milk yourselves. We liked having the hot tub to relax in after all the walking in Santorini. Nice sea view from our room

Cons:

The floors were cold, but we went in April and the weather was cool. These suites seem to be designed for summer weather. the door lock was hard to open. It was not the fault of the property, we ordered a prepaid car service to take us to the airport and it did not show up. We still have’t received a refund yet a week later. The property can organise a car service, quite expensive though.
