Pros:

This place is in a great location. The sunrise was breathtaking! Very clean also. Staff was wounderful! I would absolutely recommend!

Cons:

Only thing I found uncomfortable was the mattress. It was very hard.

Outstanding location and new management is so helpful
Pros:

Ideal location - halfway between Imerovigli and Fira, walking distance to both on the cliffside walking path, just down the road from a wonderful bakery/restaurant (with 24 hour food delivery!), and in the middle of the island for easiest driving access to everything.

Charming property with beautiful setting and views and the rooms are spacious and cool, with lots of stone perfect for the surroundings.

The property manager Iona was the best part of the stay! She and her husband are the new managers this year, and she was so incredibly helpful before and during our stay, helping arrange transfers, island tour, cooking class at a winery! And when we couldn’t get our preferred room type (no fault of hers - wedding party caused damage), she upgraded us on one of the rooms AND gave us spa vouchers to their sister hotel.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we disliked, but two things of which to be aware when making your choice:

The mattresses, in typical European style, are fairly hard, which some of our party loved and others didn’t, but we were thrilled to have a room that could accommodate three people (we were 6 in total, so took two rooms).

You might have FOMO that your room is not set into the cliffside with an infinity pool facing the sunset (this faces sunrise), but at least based on my research, you’ll pay a lot more.

Overall, we were very happy and felt we got the best option for the price!t

Une suggestion : mettre à disposition une cuisine commune dans laquelle on pourrait avoir accès à un micro-ondes et de quoi faire la vaisselle.. certaines personnes/familles n’ont pas forcément l’envie ou les moyens d’aller au restaurant midi et soir tous les jours notamment sur des séjours d’une semaine.

We loved our stay at Phaos Santorini Suites and would readily stay there again!
Pros:

We loved the quiet location. We had a beautiful view from outside our room. We easily walked to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome.

Una experiencia auténtica en un villa en Santorini.
Pros:

Excelentes vistas, y calidad en la habitación. Se vive la experiencia de estar en una villa tranquila en la isla.
Súper recomendable.

Cons:

Creo que sería bueno incluir el desayuno al contratar la estancia, por más que tenga un costo extra. Ayuda a vivir mejor la estancia.
