We had an excellent stay. Thank you to the team at Phaos for making our stay so wonderful and being so accommodating and helpful. You helped us to create some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.
The Villas were exceptional with fantastic views. Very clean, daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The villas were spacious and beautiful. Comfortable beds and pillows and lots of room.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike it was absolutely perfect.

Fqabulous staff.
Pros:

Great staff. Comfortable room. Nice location. Close to good restaurants witb spectacular views. Really appreciated the responsiveness (and follow-ups) of the staff arranging transport to hotel, suggesting and arranging activities. Really helpful. Very friendly.

Cons:

Thaat we stayed only 2 nights. Should've stayed 3-4.

The room and views

Staff didn't give the room I booked for the gave me without jacuzzi when I also texted them privately and they sent me pics of the jacuzzi. The said to me the excuse of rain for not giving me neither jacuzzi neither the proper room when indeed only rained 2 days ago. The offered me another room many km away which obviously I couldn't reach unless you have a car. To worse all the owner with his grandma and other people appeared in my room in the morning before the time to check out and they were talking like if nothing when I had all my clothes things around in the room . The owner apologized saying " oh my staff told me you were away for a while" he knew I didn't leave and saw in front of him all that time that room was still in used and before the check out clothes and my things around I really felt very invaded and maybe he did because I requested my right to get the room I booked and paid for and despite all they never gave me my room with it's jacuzzi when I checked not only one of those rooms was free but several. They treated me very bad maybe because as well I'm a woman travelling on my own and I found them machists

Excellent location and great value.
Pros:

The view from our room and patio is incredible! The location is also close to the restaurants and stores in Fira and Imerovigli. The location of the hotel rooms are not in the crowded area and it is very quiet even in the day time. Lastly, Jonna is a great host!!

Away from the crowds
Pros:

Lovely large room, really clean.
Kettle supplied. Quiet with parking provided.
Walking distance to bells of Fira, but better with vehicle.

Cons:

Mattress a bit firm for my liking, but not a major issue.

El servicio y trato recibido por parte del personal del lugar; su atención e implicación así como la ubicación y las vistas que había. La localidad entre Imerovigli y Fira lo hicieron mucho mejor y la chica que había en recepción era muy maja y atenta.

Cons:

Un fallo que hubo con la reserva en cuestión; el primer día habíamos reservado una habitación con una categoría superior a la que nos dieron; no correspondiéndose con la foto que nos enviaron.

Очень печально, этот отель был у меня в закладках ни один год и я мечтала тут побывать. Но реальность оказалась печальной. Отель требует ремонта и уже давно. Сантехника просто мрак, по чистоте тоже вопросы-длинные чужие волосы в ванной, на балконе. Мы приложили большие усилия, чтоб не испортить впечатления о таком красивом острове таким убогим отелем. К сожалению, рекомендовать отель не могу. Очень жаль
