Phaos Santorini Suites in Imerovigli gave our family a perfect stay!

Our stay at **Phaos Santorini Suites in Imerovigli, Santorini** was absolutely perfect. Honestly, it could not have been better. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, and that made the whole experience even more special.

A huge part of that was Jona, who was without a doubt one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met. She was warm, kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like family.

The suite itself was spacious, beautifully kept, and incredibly comfortable. The room was big, which made a huge difference for our family, and the **views of the sea were simply breathtaking**. Waking up to that view every day felt unreal.

What really stood out was how wonderfully they treated **my daughter, my wife, and my mom**. They made all of them feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and cared for throughout our stay. That kind of personal warmth is rare, and it meant a lot to us as a family.

The location was also excellent — just a 5-minute drive to Fira, so we had the perfect balance of peaceful luxury in Imerovigli while still being very close to everything.

We truly loved our stay and would recommend Phaos Santorini Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. Beautiful accommodations, stunning views, amazing location, and hospitality that was simply exceptional.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing that could have been better! I can't think of anything that I would have added.

Les prestations (pas d’eau chaude à l’arrivée, il fallait enclencher le tableau électrique) , le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, tous les lits n’étaient pas faits à notre arrivée.

Il est indiqué qu’il y a un jacuzzi dans l’annonce, la première photo est d’ailleurs une photo de ce jacuzzi.
Nous étions étonné de voir à notre arrivée que celui-ci était fermé, il était marqué nulle part que celui-ci était fermé en hiver.
