Booking.com blokkeerd op hun site om dit Hotel opnieuw te boeken voor komend jaar. Dit was vorige jaar ook al zo! Waarom? Het Hotel is namelijk voor 2026 nog niet volgeboekt!

Upon arrival, the hotel was "closed". The taxi driver had to call them and let me in. The staff wasn't happy to be waken up. I flew in from London, and my flight was delayed. Not my fault in any case they claim to have a 24hrs service...hence...The guy was ok, the lady a bit rude. In the morning, she was having an unpleasant "smile" when looking at me...As said: ok for one night, but I wouldn't feel comfortable for more

Kein Parkplatz, das Bad schmutzig, das Bad steht unter Wasser nach dem Duschen, die Handtücher werden erst alle 3 Tage gewechselt und man erhält zusätzliche Handtücher nur gegen Aufpreis! Der Kübel im Bad wird auch nicht jeden Tag geleert! Kein Strandtuch! Der Kühlschrank kühlt nicht da er mit der Schlüsselkarte zusammenhängt. Das Frühstück: Weissbrot, Spiegeleier Rührei Gebratene Würstchen Schinken Käse Tomaten Gurken verwässerte Milch Kaffe der richtig schlecht ist Dosenpfirsiche und eine Sorte Obst! Das Frühstück ist einfach nicht abwechslungsreich jeden Tag das selbe!

Αγενής εξυπηρέτηση... Άσκοπες καθυστερήσεις... Μας ζήτησε να πληρώσουμε φόρο διαμονής και μας ειρωνευόταν ενώ είχαμε κλείσει μέσω booking και δεν το έψαξε καν.. Ήθελε να τσεκάρει την κάρτα της τράπεζας που πληρώσαμε... Και στο δωμάτιο το νερό ήταν κρύο στο μπάνιο..

Hotel is far from the airport bus stop, making it inconvenient.
Check-out time differed from what was listed on Booking.
Hotel is old, so it’s important to check the facilities upon arrival to avoid unexpected repair charges.
We were asked to pay for damage that was not shown to us. After paying the fine by card, I noticed that small amounts of around 1 EUR started being withdrawn from my card every day.
No drinks service at the pool.
Not my first time in Crete, and this hotel was disappointing compared to others I have stayed at.

Un peu plus de pression et d'eau chaude dans la douche seraient appréciables ainsi qu'une bouilloire pour faire un thé ou un café dans la chambre le soir.

The fridge was connected to the cuppled power supply, so when the key was not inserted it did not work, which was really stupid because you could not store food in the fridge. Also the staff was weirdly friendly and acted as if they were our step-mothers. One morning the head of the cleaning ladies summoned us into our room to show us were we should not put our stuff according to her, however, there was not really a lot of other possibilities rather than just putting it on the table. In addition one moring a cleaning lady tried to enter our room at about 6 o'clock and we still don't know what she even wanted there.

Not sure why, but the door by the bridge was locked constantly so couldn’t take the short cut to my room which was a bit annoying, but not a huge problem.

We would have liked the poolbar open, but not really a negative

Toilet situation not on my liking(this seems to be a issue all around Crete though). Breakfast kind of repetitive.

No coffee making facilities in room
