Great way to spend a few days.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Close to Fira with easy access to Oai trail and great views of the caldera. Facilities and staff were excellent.

Fabulous location! Views are breathtaking.
Pros:

Fabulous location. Beautiful views. Firostefani is a brilliant place to stay. Its in walking distance of Fira yet away from all the madness od crowds. There are amazing restaurants and lovely craft shops in the area.

Cons:

No matter where you stay I believe you will have many steps to navigate, especially if you are staying in accommodation with caldera view. Hotel staff manage your luggage so you only need to worry about getting yourself up and down tge steps Tgey are manageable....Just take your time.
Breakfast is lovely but limited choice. There is plenty though to start your day. We had some fruits, cereal, yoghurt, small selection of pastries, eggs and some bacon. There are lovely coffees, some rea and juices. Staff are really lovely.

Très belle expérience à Santorin
Pros:

Un lieu calme et ressourçant avec la vue exceptionnelle sur la Caldera depuis tous les points d’observation: piscine, balcons, terrasse du petit déjeuner… Merci à Vassiliki pour son accompagnement. Il est très facile et agréable de se rendre à pied à Fira. Beaucoup de restaurants et commerces alentours.

Fabulous location and exceptional pool area and views.

Cons:

There are an exceptional number of stairs down to the hotel. While stairs are expected in Santorini the amount of stairs to this hotel needs to be taken into consideration according to fitness levels. The gentleman who carries the bags is simply amazing.

Pros:

Wow wow what a place from the time we arrived to the time we left it was fantastic . The room was unbelievably beautiful. The room was spacious , the bathroom in a cave wow . The room double doors opened up to the pool which overlook the caldera and the sea . It was so beautiful watching the sunset and having a drink by the pool . Or having a swim after being out for the morning . The breakfast had lots of variety and the coffee was fabulous and the staff always had a smile and happy to help you. Well done
Yes there was lots of steps to get to it room , but let me tell you I would do them again . This place was next level

Elegant and comfortable.
Pros:

The room was so beautiful with French doors opening onto a large private balcony. The breakfast was delicious and had good variety. It he pool area overlooking the sea was peaceful and refreshing. The service was excellent and everyone made us feel welcome and cared for!

Cons:

We made our way up and down the stairs from the property to/from the street a few times a day and it was a bit of a workout! I very much appreciated the strong porter who carried our luggage for us though on arrival and departure.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel, beautiful team and beautiful food. From check in to check out we were looked after. Nestled in the cliffs perfect serene sunset views, quiet and charming we loved it.

Amazing, thankyou.
Pros:

We cant speak highly enough of all the facility, the staff, the rooms were exceptionally clean, reception staff couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was wonderful, not overbearing with too much choice but something for pretty much everyone. All staff were diligent, happy, tidy and helpful. Food from the snack bar and at breakfast was fab quality.
Rooms cleaned each day, beds made and fresh towels.
Sunbeds are very comfy with hotel towels provided for during the day, nice places to sit in the shade if you prefer.
An amazing place to stay, wonderful views, food and staff.
Summarily ' we loved it and will be back'
Thankyou and cant rate this highly enough.

Cons:

Nothing to not like.. we will go back there and will recommend to anyone

one thing to watch, for those that are a tad unstable or not too good with steps, there is a lot of steps leading to /from the facility and in the facility too, which goes with the territory on the Caldera side.
