Ilk odada yatak-yastik iclerine kadar karinca doluydu, butun esyalarimizin ici de karinca doldu. Ikinci aldiklari odada karinca yoktu ama musluktan sadece sicak su akiyordu, ucuncu oda daha iyiydi ama oda kapisina kus yumurtalari dusuyordu ve kapiyi acinca ciyaklayarak olmek uzere olan yenidogan kus yavrulariyla karsilastik. Odalar haricinde buyuk havuz tam bir felaket! Havuz icindeki bazi taslar cikmis ve altindaki ufalanan beton havuzun icindeydi, 4 gun boyunca kimsenin bunu temizledigini gormedim. Havuz bar calisanlari kendi aralarinda sohbet etmek haricinde hicbirsey yapmiyolar zaten bardaki fiyatlar yuksek oldugu icin kimse birsey almiyor. Havuz barda kirilan cami temizlemedikleri icin 5 yasindaki cocugumuzun topugunu buyuk bir cam parcasi kesti. Resepsiyona gittigimizde ilgilenmediler bile, mudurle gorusmek istedik ona bile izin vermediler. 4 gun sonra kesigin durumu kötüleşince tatilimizi 1 gun erken bitirdik. Ancak o iptal esnasinda mudurun yasadigimiz kazadan haberi oldu, bahsetmemisler bile durumdan. Doktor cagirdilar ve pansuman yapildi, ozur dilendi. Doktor beklerken ogle yemegi saati geldi, biz de full board odedigimiz icin cocuga oglen yemegini yedirmek istedik ama ona bile izin vermediler. Asla 5 yildiz seviyesinde bir otel degil, belki 10 yil once o seviyede olabilir ama su anda maksimum 3 yildiz. Asla odenen paranin karsiligini bulamazsiniz.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα θα ξαναεπισκεπτουμε σιγουρα
Για δεύτερη χρονιά επισκεφθήκαμε για τις διακοπές μας το OGB και το απολαύσαμε. Ένας προσεγμένος και φιλόξενος προορισμός. Εκπληκτική θάλασσα σε συνδυασμό με τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες. Ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Για το SPA δεν έχουμε λόγια. Αντριανα & Δεσποινα είστε επαγγελματίες!! Τα cocktails του Νίκου άψογα. Για τον αγαπητό Αλέκο και την ομάδα του τι να πούμε… Σας ευχαριστούμε για τις ευχάριστες και ξεκούραστες στιγμές που μας προσφέρατε!!!
Το δωμάτιο ήταν πραγματικά καθαρό και ευρύχωρο, φροντισμένοι οι εξωτερικοί χώροι και το προσωπικό παίρνει 10 στα 10. Ευγενεστατοι, έτοιμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν και με χαμόγελο πάντα.
Στην τιμή της διαμονής μας υπήρχε και επίσκεψη στο spa κάνοντας χρήση της εσωτερικής πισίνας, τζακουζι και σάουνας. Δυστυχώς όταν μπήκαμε στην πισίνα κι αφού τους είχαμε πει ότι θέλουμε μόνο πισίνα και τζακουζι, μας είπαν ότι δεν λειτουργεί κι ότι έχει πρόβλημα. Παρόλα αυτά είναι ευχάριστο το περιβάλλον και το ευχαριστήθηκαμε όπως και να χει. Θα πω απλά ότι για 5αστερο το φαγητό ήταν μέτριο αλλά και η ζωντανή μουσική που είχε το Σάββατο σίγουρα δεν ήταν για ένα ξενοδοχείο τέτοιο...ήταν για κουτούκι κάποιας γειτονιάς το οποίο ακόμη και εκεί θα έλεγες ότι δεν είναι καλό σαν αποτέλεσμα. Λυπάμαι που το γράφω για τους ανθρώπους, αλλά δε μπορώ να μην το αναφερω γιατί μου χτύπησε πολύ. Τέλος θεωρώ κάτι γενικότερα...οι τιμές έχουν εκτοξευθεί σε βαθμό τραγικό με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί η οποία υπηρεσία να ανταποκρίνεται σε αυτό που πληρώνεις. Πριν 4 χρόνια θα πληρώναμε τα μισά για τις ίδιες παροχές. Λολ
Εξαιρετικές οι κυρίες Χρύσα και Δέσποινα στο Spa! Γνωρίζουν καλά το αντικείμενό τους και αφιερώνουν χρόνο στους πελάτες τους. Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και τις συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, εξαιρετικό το φαγητό και το πρωινό. Πολύ άνετο το δωμάτιο και ειδικά το κρεβάτι σούπερ. Η πισίνα πανέμορφη και πεντακάθαρη την ευχαριστηθηκαμε! Πανέμορφος περιβάλλοντας χώρος, ειδικά το βράδυ με τον φωτισμό!!! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ιδανικό για οικογενειακές διακοπές και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
Σε μερικά σημεία χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση ή αντικατάσταση εξοπλισμού, μικροπράγματα δηλαδή όχι κάτι σημαντικό.
Super kids-friendly! Loved the layout with private-style pools right outside our room! Spacious and comfy rooms. Fantastic location, gorgeous beach, and a handy on-site Mini Market with everything we needed (from ice to cleaning supplies). Perfect for a relaxing family getaway!
The food was decent, though there’s definitely room for improvement. The dining area felt a little dated and would really benefit from some renovation. Staff were generally friendly, but with some of the younger waiters, I think a bit of extra training would go a long way — a smile and a pleasant attitude make all the difference.
The coffee was okay-ish, but at €4.50 it felt overpriced — same goes for the cocktails. It’s no wonder hardly anyone ordered. These are “town cafes and fancy bars” prices, not prices for this kind of hotel that seems to accommodate only its guests. It almost gives the impression that they cannot be bothered making drinks, which is a shame, as more reasonable pricing would not only make people order lot more but also make the stay more enjoyable and affordable for guests.

Όλο το προσωπικό δούλευε από το πρωί ως το βράδυ αν και ήταν ευγενέστατοι όλοι ήταν εμφανώς κουρασμένοι!!!
Οι υπηρεσίες δεν ανταποκρίνονται με τίποτα στα πέντε του αστέρια!
Χρήζει άμεσης ανακαίνισης!!
