אנשי הצוות במלון ממש נחמדים ובמיוחד עמנואלה שדאגה לכל מה שהיינו צריכים, האוכל היה מאוד טעים, המלון ממש שקט כי אין ילדים במלון ובנוסף יש מעט מאוד חדרים אז גם אם המלון מלא אין הרבה אורחים במלון, לקחנו חדר עם בריכה שנמצא בקומה העליונה, החדר היה גדול וגם המרפסת,
ממש נחמד שיש למלון חוף פרטי ואפשר להזמין אוכל ושתיה ישירות לחוף..

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Pros:

Mit Auto/Bus von Heraklion in 15min zu erreichen, die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und super schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool, quasi vom Bett in den Pool zu springen einfach traumhaft. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt und sind sehr sauber. Es gibt jeden Tag frisches Wasser und im Mini-Kühlschrank gibt es einmalig Softdrinks!
Der Strand hat ausreichend Liegen und man kann per Klingel beim Personal Speisen und Getränke bestellen, dass alles sehr lecker schmeckt :)
Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

-leider läuft von früh bis abends Musik, manchmal etwas zu laut aber für uns war es nicht weiter störend, sonst war alles voll in Ordnung :)

kaltes Tauchbecken, aber top Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in guter Lage direkt am Strand mit hoteleigenem Parkplatz. An der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns das Zimmer gezeigt. Sogar ein Willkommens-Drink wurde uns aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer machte auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck und der Blick von der großen Terrasse war sehr schön. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück war ansprechend und geschmacklich top. Auch das Pool und der Strandbereich waren ansprechend gestaltet.
Neutral möchte ich das Fehlen eines Liftes erwähnen. Unser Zimmer lag im 2. Stock und für uns war das kein Problem, aber falls man Probleme mit Stiegen hat, sollte man darüber informiert sein.

Cons:

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht gepasst haben: Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz überzeugend, vor allem auf der Terrasse könnte man diesbezüglich mehr unternehmen. Ein weiterer Punkt sind fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten, sowohl im Wohnbereich, als auch im Bad und in der Dusche. Und ein letzter kleiner Kritikpunkt war die sehr kühle Wassertemperatur im privaten Becken auf der Terrasse.

Exceptional

The staff was exceptional, they treated us like VIP guests. The facilities were all you would ever want and the food was the best in the whole beach.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Perfekte Lage am Meer, mit einem Auto ist Heraklion in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer und die Anlage waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, nach kurzer Zeit wussten sie unsere Zimmernummer auswendig. Das Wohl ihrer Besucher liegt ihnen sehr am Herzen. Essen und Trinken sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Nichts zu Bemängeln.

Delightful modern beachside boutique hotel
Pros:

Modern , stylish boutique hotel located on the beach . Excellent choice of food and drink with top service from all the eating and pool staff . Pool is delightful with a DJ playing cool trending sounds every afternoon . Nice relaxed atmosphere , adults only is a bonus !!

Cons:

Only that our room had a separate seating area with a sofa with no view at all so we couldn’t see the point and would have preferred an open plan design .
