La vue, cadre agréable pour le petit déjeuner, la proximité de la plage privée de l'hôtel.
La gentillesse du personnel.
Le nettoyage de la piscine à midi, les 3 premières lignes de la plage privée avec une consommation imposée à 30€ par personne minimum, la lenteur des serveurs au petit déjeuner, 10 min pour un café et 15 à 20 min pour une crêpe ou une omelette, les matelas sales sous les draps.

The hotel is very close to the sea, although we were staying at a sister property (Idolio Village), about 300 meters up a hill (a 3-4 minute walk downhill to the sea... a 15 minute walk up a very steep road). A shuttle is available to Idolio Village if needed (with a waiting time of at least 10-15 minutes). Beautiful swimming pools (those at Idolio Village). Beach towels made available. The manager (Ms. Maria) deserves a special mention, if everyone was like her the hotel would be a jewel: if anything goes wrong, just ask her and she'll fix it; the rest of the staff isn't very helpful.
The restaurant menu could use some expansion (limited and repetitive, unsuitable for a 5-star hotel, although good quality); breakfast was adequate, but you'd expect the best from a 5-star property; for two consecutive days, we had to call reception to have our room cleaned at 7 p.m. (because cleaning had been skipped); the Idolio guesthouse, unfortunately, is less attentive in terms of services, and there's a lack of coordination with beach management (always make sure to have your umbrella reserved through the hotel reception!); the room lacked blackout curtains, so at 6 a.m., it felt like paradise with the enormous amount of light entering the room!
Il mare e la possibilità di accesso alla spiaggia
Il cibo, scelta molto limitata e ripetitiva.
Peccato, in Grecia si mangia molto bene e amo il cibo greco ma questa struttura non lo rispecchia.
All'arrivo ci hanno informato che c'era la possibilità di avere un transfer gratuito dall'hotel al centro città tre volte al giorno, peccato che al check out ci hanno chiesto di pagare un transfer in quanto era richiesto all'orario non stabilito (gli orari mi sono stati indicati all'arrivo e mi sono rifiutata di pagarlo)!
Il personale non comunica tra di loro e uno dice una cosa, un altro un altra.
All'arrivo ci hanno informato che le prime due file di ombrelloni vanno pagate, il secondo giorno ci hanno detto che sono le prime tre a dover essere pagate. Insomma disorganizzazione generale.
Inoltre sempre con il transfer una sera al ritorno, è arrivato un pulmino dell'hotel, l'ultimo delle 21:30, arrivato solo alle 22:00 e ha caricato 16 persone senza la possibilità di sederci tutti, l'alternativa era pagare un trasporto privato...
Insomma ha del potenziale ma non viene sfruttato, peccato perché bastano piccoli accorgimenti.

Et ensuite que dans une salle de bains sur trois donc il fallait quand même patienter pour se doucher vu qu’on était 5 alors qu’on avait payer pour avoir le confort
La priorité c’était moyen, les fauteuils salles
La piscine a été nettoyé que le premier jour à notre arrivée et le reste elle était pleine de moustiques et c’était pas agréable du tout même dégueulasse
La nourriture moyen… pas beaucoup de choix, et surtout si tu voulais une omelette ou une crêpe fallait patienter 15 minutes dans une file d’attente car le monsieur faisait aucun effort pour avancer…
Les jus à disposition étaient dans des mini pichets….

Je retournerai à Mykonos mais pas dans cet hôtel
El restaurante definitivamente es el punto fuerte de este hotel, con vista al mar y acceso diecto, es precioso. La playa es traquila y privada, con sombrillas gratis para los huéspedes. La ciudad es muy linda pero hay que desplazarse hasta allá 20 minutos y el transporte es bastante costoso.
El estado de las habitaciones regular, la puerta del baño estaba medio caída, el lavamanos se tapaba, no es tan bonito como esperaba. Tiene espejos en la recepción para hacerlo ver más grande. La ubicación está muy bien con respecto a la playa pero hay que pagar un precio alto por transporte si quieres ir a las áreas turísticas de Myconos.
The cleaning ladies were nice and friendly and that was about it.
Firstly the pictures advertised on booking.com are not what you actually see on arrival or in the rooms. That was a huge disappointment when we got there. The reception was a mess, looked unkept and very untidy, dirty not at all welcoming. I’ve seen hostels that are presented better when I was backpacking many years ago.
We were shown to the beach as the room was not ready which was fine.
We were told that if we wanted to be close to the water we needed to spend a minimum of 60Euros. Easily done in Mykonos with a family of four so we said no problem.
We ordered lunch after asking twice if someone could take our order. Was told to sit back down and someone would come.
When lunch arrived it looked bad quality. Gyros came without 2 of the items that were mentioned one being the taziki. Once flagged I was told that they had run out of those items (it was 1pm) and it was now served it as it was. The wiater seemed completely uninterested.
Plates were not cleared for 3 hours on the beach in the wind, we were not offered anything else. Didn’t see another waiter again until we left the beach and told them about the issues with resulted in the staff arguing and making phone calls in front of us.
Checked into our room at 5pm and was greeted with the smell of mould and must. Asked if we could change rooms but wasn’t possible. We tried to air it which made it slightly better but when we went to dinner at the hotel further along the beach (a million times nicer by the way) we came back to the room and it still smelt awful.
We waited 90mins for extra blankets in the damp room and asked 3 times from 9pm, they finally arrived at 10:30pm. The poor guy at the door explained that he was the only one servicing 50 rooms as no one in this hotel does their jobs properly, he was extremely fed up. From less than 12 hours being in the place we can see what he meant.
Room change was finally accepted after speaking to reception again in the morning.

The hotel is super! We had everything we wants to have a relax and comfortable vocation! The staff is very polite and work hard. Our housekeeper was great! Good location at the sea, far from crowd and noise that is in the Town. We like our being in the hotel. The restaurant is good, vary good breakfasts.
I would renew dishes like pots, pans, folks, spoons, knives in the kitchen in the room. As we had very old and broken things)) we had to buy our own knife and desk. Windy weather…but it’s not a hotel fault))
