The beach and sea
The hotel is not 5 star hotel, the rooms are outdated. Never go with HB option, you will end up eating same food every day. The housekeeping is not good at all for 5 star resort. Towels are dirty not fresh, and beach towels are outdated, in different colors, quality, sizes, etc. Some rooms are on the hill and shuttle is not always available to take you to the main area, very uncomfortable to walk.

La posizione fantastica. Per gli appartamenti in prossimità della reception, tutto è a portata di mano: ristorante e spiaggia. Mare meraviglioso: acqua cristallina, lettini ampi. Abbiamo preso la camera con la piscina in terrazza.: consigliatissima! Colazione abbondante.
La prima sera la camera non era quella prenotata ma era più disagevole (nella parte più alta del villaggio che necessita di una navetta) e più datata. Alcune piccole manchevolezze per standard elevati: lampadine a volte fulminate, chiavi delle camere difficili da utilizzare e cena ripetitiva nella scelta in caso di mezza pensione.

Elszigetelt. Egy vendéglő kivételével nincs semmi a környéken. Aki a csendet keresi, annak tökéletes. A kommunikáció a csapat keretén belül javítandó. Mindenkinek el kell mondani a problémát, hogy megoldásra kerüljön. Kitartónak kell lenni. Az ebéd és a vacsora a lá carte szerint működik. Az étlapon található 5-6 ételt, amely ingyenes és a félpanziós foglalás részét képezi, 3 nap alatt át kóstoltad. Ha mást szeretnél rendelni az étlapról, az fizetős. Ebédre, ami a lá carte, 1-1,5 órát kellett várni, egy kissé lassú a felszolgálás. A szobánkban nem volt safe. A fürdőszobában egy akasztó található. A reggeli lehetne változatosabb, egy hétig változatlan volt. A parton az első 3 sor napágy fizetős, a többi ingyenes. A közlekedés az apartmanok és a part valamint a vendéglő közt saját kis busszal történik, rendelésre. Gyaloglás nem ajánlott, mivel messze van és nagyon meredek a hegy. Egy 5 csillagos szállodától többet vártunk. Ez max. 4 csillag.

We recently stayed at this 5-star property and were disappointed by several aspects of the experience.
The beach arrangements felt poorly managed. Despite having already paid for the room, we were required to pay an additional €30 per person for chairs, and a tax charge was added at the end. This came as an unexpected extra cost.
Breakfast was also underwhelming. Food options were frequently unavailable, and obtaining a simple coffee took around 20 minutes, requiring us to ask staff multiple times.
We also observed roaches in the premises, which is concerning for a hotel of this standard.
The location is quite remote, yet transportation was not included. An airport transfer cost €10 per person, with higher prices for travel to other destinations. Given the isolated setting and the 5-star rating, we expected more inclusive options in this regard.
Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations associated with a 5-star property.

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good.
However, there were a few issues. The main one was the beach policy. Only the first four rows of sunbeds are available for an extra charge, while guests can use the rows behind them free of charge. For families with children, this makes it almost impossible to keep an eye on their kids while they are in the sea. We were relatively lucky because our children are 8 and 10 years old, but even at their age it is difficult to leave them without close supervision. Families with children have to pay €40 per person if they want to stay in the first four rows closer to the sea.
Another issue was the room. Although the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, we arrived at the hotel at around 10:30 AM and were immediately given our room, which was an outstanding and highly appreciated gesture. However, the room phone was not working, and later it was removed completely. In addition, there was quite a lot of hair on the bathroom floor, which suggested that it had not been cleaned properly before our arrival.
Apart from these issues, the complimentary shuttle service was excellent. Having a shuttle from the hotel to the town center at 6:00 PM and a return shuttle at 9:30 PM was a great convenience and something we really appreciated.

Frankly, there is nothing to like about this place other than the location itself. And even that has a caveat. Situated at one of the nicest beaches on the island, The facility is split in two parts. One is up the hill, where you have to walk an old very steep road or rely on a shuttle service that is rarely present and oftentimes drives away in front of its guests.
Personally, I think this hotel belongs in the category of absolute scams. It is nothing like it is advertised and putting the label luxury on it is an absolute insult. There is nothing luxurious about this place other than the view, and we all know that is for free. Also, pool view basically means you see a pool somewhere, and is not to be confused with being close to a pool. The Junior Suite is absolutely not what you would expect, and when we checked in we were offered a far inferior room, only when we noticed it and asked about it we were told that the room that we booked wasn't available because it was damaged. The hotel manager then tried to convince us that the room that we were offered is actually superior.. so it was very clear that this was not the experience that we expected and it doesn't compare to anything else we've seen on the island.
