Pros:

Endroit très propre, bien placé avec toutes commodités ( cafetière réfrigérateur...) notre hôte était vraiment super et avec de bonnes recommandations. Le jacuzzi en cet saison est une super alternative.

A beautiful, comfortable stay with great service and private hot tubs!
Pros:

We had a great stay at this beautiful property! The place has amazing, Instagram-worthy aesthetics and was very clean and well-sanitised, which made us feel super comfortable throughout. The location was perfect- close to everything we needed.

We booked three suites, and each one had its own private hot tub, which made the experience even more special. The Couple Cave Suite stood out with its unique design- it was stunning inside, although the hot tub was indoors and not in open air. Still, it was a lovely experience.

A big thanks to Ms. Markella, who was very helpful and gave us some great local recommendations that really added to our trip. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a relaxing time.

The Little Things added up to a little disappointment
Pros:

The property manager, Markella, was incredibly helpful and very responsive. She gave us directions,a list of ways to get around the island and responded to any questions on WhatsApp in a timely fashion. The location was fantastic. The property is right in the middle of Fira which made everything walkable. We also liked the cave room. It was spacious and a great atmosphere unlike anything else I've stayed in.

Cons:

We were incredibly excited for the hot tub in the room but whoever cleaned it used way too much chemicals and the fumes burned my eyes when I stayed in the hot tub for even a couple of minutes. We also had issues receiving house keeping. On the first day the house keeper came when we had the Do not Disturb on for our room. On the second day we did not receive house keeping when the Do not Disturb wasn't on. The reason this became an issue is because our water wasn't refilled and you can't use the water on the island. The rainfall shower was incredibly difficult to keep on and it kept reverting to the hand held one. Lastly, the room felt very warm even with the air conditioning turned up as high as it would go.

Le logement était très propre , fonctionnel , super bien placé et les propriétaires souriants , agréables et de très bon conseils.
Tout se fait à pied pour visiter la fira.
Vraiment sympa.
Le plus , le jacuzzi , très apprécié après des bonnes journées de marche.

This is the most amazing place we stayed in Greece. Markella was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and provided us with a map of the island with personalized recommendations for our stay. The driver they arranged to pick us up from the port was also very friendly and described the top sights for us to see. The location is great, only 10 minutes from the bus stop and in a very quiet area. The room was beautiful and much bigger than I was expecting with a huge number of amenities provided (two bathrobes each, a dental kit, free bottled water, exfoliators, etc). Amazing place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

Cons:

The jacuzzi can seem a little gross as dirt rises to the surface when the bubbles are on, but it's very easy to clear it.
