Top notch hotel service - exceptional stay
Pros:

This property’s rating is exceptional for a reason. I’ve been to Santorini multiple times and Ive never stayed anywhere better. The suite looks even nicer in person if that is possible. The staff - Markella - was incredible. Sweet, polite, helpful, stored our bags twice and freed up the room earlier to accommodate an early flight in. Housekeeping came every day and left everything spotless. The jacuzzi was cleaned twice a day - we used it again and again, it was amazing to relax in your own hot tub after a long day sightseeing. The bed must have been made of clouds, and the location was absolutely fantastic. 5 min walk to everything. We couldnt be more pleased, worth every penny!

We were truly amazed at the quality of the suites. Very cozy but also spacious and with every amenity you might need. The location is also super central, just a quick walk to the village center. The manager is very helpful and super friendly. Truly one of the best stays we had in Greece!

Luxurious property.
Pros:

We loved the properly.
It was great cave suite with Jacuzzi, felt luxurious, very close to the centre.
Markella helped us alot with all the necessary information we needed. She also managed to get our suite ready 2 hours before official check in time and arranged transport to pick up from oia at extra cost.

Everything was perfect.

Very spacious and 2 large bathrooms. Showers were very spacious and water pressure was good.
Far enough from downtown core to be quiet at night but only a short walk towards shops and restaurants.

Vue magnifique et proximité directe avec le cœur de ville de Fira.
Pros:

Emplacement au top avec une vue magnifique sur l'est de l'ile et la mer.
Chambre très bien équipée (Nespresso, bouilloire, TV connectée...).
Jacuzzi spacieux pour 2 avec peignoirs et serviettes supplémentaires.

Cons:

Nettoyage du jacuzzi tous les matins un peu tôt à notre goût vers 9h30.

Excellent and highly recommend!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The location in Fira was excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to explore, while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The property was extremely clean and very well maintained.

Markella was especially helpful and responsive throughout our stay, always quick to answer questions and assist with anything we needed. Her hospitality made the experience even better.

Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Santorini!
