Great and great value for money too.
Pros:

The hotel was great, all facilities really nice and great staff. The animation team were fantastic and brought lots of joy.

Cons:

The food was good but similar dishes most days.

Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!
Pros:

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein sehr schönes Zimmer! Am Geburtstag gab es eine Flasche Sekt und eine Torte (mit Kerze) als Überraschung. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Sehr vielfältiges und gutes Essen.

schönes renoviertes Hotel der oberen Mittelklasse
Pros:

Ausblick vom 6. Stock, Suite mit großem Balkon,
genügend Liegen im Garten (trotzdem meinen manche Gäste, früh morgens diese mit Handtüchern "reservieren" zu müssen - ich würde die kostenpflichtig einsammeln lassen),
entspannte Atmosphäre, Essen in Ordnung, aber nicht spitzenmäßig
Keine Kinder

Cons:

billiger Wein, nur aus dem Zapfhahn, kalter Rotwein der wie verdünnt schmeckt. eine Sorte einfaches Bier, alles nur in eher kleinen Gläsern, auch die Cocktails.
Im Zimmer oft unerträglicher Gestank nach Kloake, anscheinend von der hauseigenen Kläranlage.

Super entspannter Urlaub zu zweit

Das Creta Royal hat unsere Erwartungen völlig übertroffen. Es war von Anfang an so wunderbar. Vom Check in,über das Servicepersonal oder die Zimmerdamen waren alle super zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Auch das Animationsteam war spitze. Im Nachbarhotel Creta Royal hatten wir ein 5 Gänge Menü dass jeder Gast pro Aufenthalt einmal in Anspruch nehmen kann. Es war sehr köstlich . Auch hier waren alle sehr nett.

I enjoyed my stay at Creta Star Hotel. It was a bit remote from the airport though
Pros:

The breakfast was good, plenty of variety. Also could have an early morning breakfast if you wanted and were going on a trip.

Cons:

The water in the pool was salty.

Le petit déjeuner comme le reste des repas étaient très bien , un établissement très jolie avec du personnel au petit soin

Cons:

Il y avaient beaucoup de monde , les lit étaient confortable mais il manquait une grosse couette cocooning car avec la Clim nous n’avons pas chaud la nuit

We recently stayed at this beautiful 4-star all-inclusive beach resort, and it exceeded all our expectations!
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The all-inclusive package was also excellent! The food was varied and delicious.
Overall, this resort offers the perfect balance of relaxation, luxury, and fun.

Se putea mult mai bine!
Pros:

Apreciem curatenia si personalul (doar o parte) in special domnul Alex care ne-a ajutat foarte mult cu sfaturi si cu rezervarea pentru autobuz la intoarcere; din pacate, receptia nu este asa... binevoitoare sa spunem!

Cons:

Mancarea foarte slaba si repetitiva; unul din motivele pentru care am ales acest hotel a fost mancarea, care era exceptionala si diversificata, iar acum de foarte slaba calitate!
Camerele foarte mici!

Ganz toll, besonders für Erwachsene.

Es war rundherum ein Wohlfühlerlebnis

Cons:

Zu wenig Liegen am Pool. Wir hatten leider keine Liegen ergattert weil wir nicht um 7 Uhr mit Handtücher belegen gehen.

Soggiorno piacevole in una struttura bella e pulita.
Pros:

Struttura situata in una posizione strategica per girare l’isola. Cibo buono, staff gentile, struttura molto pulita.

Cons:

La spiaggia dell’hotel poco praticabile per via del mare quasi sempre mosso.
