Comfortable room, great location.
Pros:

Location. Shower room. Bed and mattress. Space.

Cons:

Reception only manned for very limited hours.
Chairs in room uncomfortable.
No art, like in photographs, when we were there.

Zentrale Lage zur Altstadt und Busbahnhof.

Cons:

Mückengitter an den Fenstern defekt, die somit keinen Schutz bieten.
Lärmbelästigung durch Fahrzeuge und Gäste der Aussengastronomie bis spät in der Nacht. Schlafen nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern möglich.

Chania ist jede Reise wert - aber den Laerm der Stadt muss man in Kauf nehmen!
Pros:

Liegt in der Alstadt - zentral - nettes, einfaches Zimmer

Cons:

In der gesamten Altstadt fahren bis Abends spaet - und Morgens frueh die Griechen mit Mopeds rum - sehr lebendig und laut!

Short break in Chania Town that was spoilt by the very noisy room!!
Pros:

Great location in the centre of Chania close to all tavernas and bars.

Cons:

Very very noisy!! We were in a ground floor room, the noise from outside was loud throughout the night and into the early morning. Two nights of no sleep!

Pros:

Location is fantastic, so close to everything in the Old Town area…the room and ensuite was spacious and clean, very comfortable. staff were easy to connect with via WhatsApp and very responsive to requests re: early check in and car hire options.

Pros:

The first-floor Superior room was great; it was very bright and clean. We also really like the hotel's location.

Cons:

We booked two rooms. While the first-floor Superior room was very nice, the ground-floor room presents some clear issues, primarily related to privacy and light control:

We cannot open the window or turn on the main light because the room faces the street directly, meaning passersby can easily look inside the room through the window and the door.

When the main lights are off, the emergency exit sign emits an extremely bright green light, making it difficult to sleep. We had to cover it with a towel.

Very nice stay, would be a 10/10 if not for the noise right outside the room
Pros:

Very central and easy to get around. The staff were exceptional and the room was cleaned daily. Generally very good quality room and facilities were well maintained.

Cons:

Our room was right next to a restaurant on ground level so it virtually guaranteed we had no sleep for the duration of the stay. The toilet is in a corner right against the wall so has to be used sitting sideways, which can be annoying.
