Ευχάριστη διαμονή
Pros:

Πολύ όμορφα,καθαρά και εύχρηστα δωμάτια με όλες τις ανέσεις. Μείναμε με τον 15 μηνών γιο μας και είχε τον απαραίτητο χώρο για παιχνίδι, προετοιμασία γευμάτων αλλά και κρεβατάκι έπειτα από ζήτηση. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει.
Το πρωινό είχε ποικιλία, ήταν φρέσκα και νόστιμα.
Ο χώρος της πισίνας ήταν πολύ προσεγμένος και καθαρός!

Θα ήταν απαραίτητο ένα καρέκλακι φαγητού βρεφικό με ζώνη για τον χώρο του εστιατορίου.

This hotel was very clean. I slept very comfortably. The breakfast of this hotel was very good, it had lot of choices of food, the location was also very good, the hotel is near the beach, hotel has very clean pool, you can enjoy and relax in renaissance haniot resort

Pros:

Otelin konumu merkeze ve denize yakınlığı havuz olması çok güzel bir bahçesi olması sessizliği çalışanların ilgisi gayet iyiydi. Oda ile ilgili olarak üst kat odalarda balkonu çok güzel odalar geniş ferah ayrı binalarda olması rahat hissettiriyor müstakil ev gibi kahvaltı çok güzeldi çeşitliliği ve börekleri özellikle dışarıdaki börekcileri aratmıyor :)

Cons:

Camlarda sineklik olmaması :) sivrisinek problem olabiliyor ancak küçük bir sorun tabi ayrıca duşta ne kadar dikkat edersek edelim banyo şu oluyor. Ayrıca yatak konforu bir tık sert alışık olmayanlara sıkıntı yaratabilir

Очень рекомендую! Атмосфера расслабляет в этом отеле!
Pros:

Гостеприимный персонал! Месторасположение! Бассейн! Завтрак! Территория! Все было великолепно!

Cons:

Холодильник не работает, мы были пару дней и нам не особо мешало, и дверь в ванной не закрывалась!

Der Service an der Pool Bar und beim Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Die Dame sprach kein Englisch, Gläser und Geschirr wurden nicht abgeräumt. Alles dauerte ewig obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Trotz Nachfrage bekam man keine Eiswürfel in die Getränke. Alle anderen Angestellten waren super. Aber wenn ich am Pool noch nicht mal ne Cola bestellen kann, weil ich nciht verstanden werde, trübt es die Urlaubsfreude

What stood out most was the kindness of the people working there. Everyone was friendly and helpful without being over the top. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the whole property felt very cozy and relaxing.

Pros:

Die Hotelanlage ist schoen, nach außen gut erhalten. Das Fruehstueck war sehr gut - vielfältig mit großer Auswahl an Obst, Backwaren, Müsli etc.
Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben muffig gerochen, das Badezimmer alt und die Dusche sehr eng.Duschwand undicht. Das Badezimmer war bei unserer Ankunft schlecht geputzt, die Seife und das Duschgel waren schlecht- mindere Qualität.
